I am having the exact same problem as Samantha. My gallery link was working at about 9:00am and when I tried to upload a card 10 minutes later it said "could not connect". I have a mac and was on Safari, same thing, all other parts of my site work.
Hi I'm constantly surprising myself, I figured out what clearing the cache meant, I cleared it, and voila I'm back in business. Thankyou so much for helping me.

When I select *gallery* (at the top of page next to *home*, I get: could not connect. I've been getting it since yesterday. Everything else is working. I have AOL7 and IE8.

I'd clear your cache. I've been living in the gallery and it's definitely working.
I'm also having issues with my gallery - when I click on "My Gallery," it goes to a blank screen with "Done" at the bottom (I'm using Internet Explorer). I've tried clearing my cache and logging out and back in numerous times, but no help! It's been like this for the last several days since all the gallery issues have happened, but I've had no problem looking at other people's galleries (at least the ones I've tried!). Thanks so much.

ditto for me....I had it working this am....now can't get into my gallery anywhere I go!!
My friend emailed me and said she can't get my lastest cards to show up for her either.
don't know what to do next....did clean out the cookies.....

I am using IE7 and have cleared my cache, temporary files, cookies. I can go to forums, resources, General Stamping Talk, everything except my gallery and the main gallery. I turned my computer off and back on but that didn't help either.

I'm actually having the same issue - we are taking the site down at 9 AM CST this morning. When it comes back up, clear your cache and let's give it another go. We are fixing those errors in the downtime.

Can you try it in FF or Chrome? Then we'll know if it's just your IE
I've never heard of Chrome and don't have Firefox. Am I going to have to get it before this can be resolved? OOh, I hope not.

Yes, I followed those instructions. I think there was a reason I didn't want to upgrade to IE8 but I will go ahead and do it now. Thanks. I'll let you know if it works.

Have you checked that setting?
It's definitely your browser keeping you from seeing it. Try this and let me know..
I've cleared mine, too, and when I log out, my new uploads disappear, still...
Hi Faith -
Your uploads aren't disappearing - thank goodness!
I don't know if you saw my note about the Temp Member Gallery - but that's where your uploads are. So if you have challenge cards, etc, they will still appear under those keywords, but you will not see them if you click My Gallery.
We still have member galleries disabled, but should re-enable them today. Then our next task is to move everything from the temp gallery to the member galleries, which will take a little longer, but we will do it as fast as humanly possible!
