Default Blurry photo keeps coming back...

I accidentally uploaded a blurry picture in my gallery. I have the corrected picture - when I go to edit to the new picture, it takes awhile to show up. Then the new pictiure will show up for awhile and then eventually defaults back to the blurry picture. The files are named different things - so that shouldn't be an issue. Any suggestions?

OK, make sure the actual file name - the *.jpg name on your computer is different, not just what you call it when you upload it. make sense? if the *.jpg name is the same the new one will eventually be deleted as a dupe when we run duplicate scans. other than that I would suggest deleting the blurry one completely and then uploading the new one again.
