favourites missing!?!

Is there a problem with the site or with me? (ha, ha)

When I'm on the main home page or main gallery page it doesn't show that I'm logged in but when I go to forums, resources or into a tab in the gallery page eg Stampin' Up and then click say a-b tab it shows at top welcome, gonna stamp. But if I click on My Favourites it shows none in file and at the top of the screen my username is gone and the log in tab is there? Help I am desprite to get into my favourties file. I've tried relogging in and even reset my password yesterday and nothing seems to work.

Hey Donna,
it sounds like you have some conflicting cookes. Try viewing your cookies and deleting anything that says "splitcoaststampers" and see if that helps. To view your cookies do one of the following:

MOZILLA FIREFOX:

• Choose Tools >> Options
• Select the Privacy tab
• Click Show Cookies

INTERNET EXPLORER 7

• Choose Tools >> Internet Options
• Under "Browsing History", click Settings
• Click View Objects or View Files

INTERNET EXPLORER 5 & 6

• Choose Tools >> Internet Options
• From the General tab, click Settings
• Select View Files
• You can identify your cookie files by looking beneath the "Name" or "Internet Address" column for filenames that begin with Cookie:
