I feel overwhelmed everytime I click on the new posts tab. It seems like I am searching through hundreds of swaps just to find a few of the regular posts. I usually just click on new posts, so that I can see all the different topics that are being discussed, but I seem to get lost in all the swaps threads that are being updated.
Is there a way I can remove them using my settings? I certainly dont mind the swaps one bit, there is just so many it seems like the new posts are being overrun with them.
I followed the advice in the thread I've linked below to exclude any forums that I don't read when I'm searching for new posts. Added it to my favorites and I now have my own version of a customized forum view... It really makes viewing exactly what I want to see so much easier without the clutter of posts I'll never click on. Takes me a fraction of the time it used to to scan through new forum posts...

When I click on the link and go to save the bookmark it says search not exclude. Im confused on how to save it when I click it, the status bar doesnt say exclude anymore. Am i making any sense?
Sometimes Im just more work than Im worth :]
Anyway I can remove the swap threads?
