Default Am I the only one that finds this incredibly annoying?

In any given forum there are five, six, sometimes ten new threads a day ON THE SAME SUBJECT. Right now in the Demo's only forum there are threads right on top of each other that address the same subject. If you did a search on that subject, you'd find there were five or six others already posted today, and another few from yesterday.

Can admin encourage people to at least scan through ONE page before they make a post? Your answer is probably already there. TEN times!

Sorry if I'm sounding grumpy about this, but it's getting pretty ridiculous and has only gotten worse since the retiring list was leaked.

JMHO!!!

ETA: I should add that I know I'm not innocent of this. I've made the same mistakes since I've been here. I'm sure I've posted questions that have been asked a million times before. Maybe we all just need a gentle reminder to try a search on a topic before we post it? Just a suggestion .....

Or haven't discovered the wonder that is Google! Most of those "where can I find...?" questions would be answered a lot quicker by plugging the name into a search engine, and folks wouldn't have to panic because they're pressed for time and need to bump the thread three times in an hour.
