I posted a card today and the comment counter shows 2 more comments than I see or can read. I did refresh the page and even used another computer but they seem to be missing. Just wondering about it because I would like to thank the commenters.
Lorraine, I can tell you what is happening more than likely!! Whenever I forget and try to post a comment using the quick reply, it never appears but shows up on the count. I know this is happening to others as well because I have seen others with this same issue.
The only way I can get a comment to post is to select "post a comment" under the card description.
What browser are you using? I use quick reply in Firefox and it does show up. I'm not sure about the post cost incrementing, though. . .I know we had problems with it, and will check to see if it's been fixed yet.
I am using Firefox and cannot post a quick reply. When I try to it never appears but the comment count goes up like it did.
Here's the interesting thing to me. My sister can use my computer and the same Firefox connection, but when she is logged in under her name it works fine!
