Again my CAS card is not showing up!

For the last 2 months I have had problems with my CAS card not showing up in the gallery when I download it every week. I never had a problem before. I'm doing everything it says to do when I download it. Space after the coma. I hate bothering Jenn about this every week. But don't know what else to do.

This is the way I put it in: CAS27, Spring, Bling
Coma then a space.


It's really getting frustrating. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Like I said I never had this problem before , except for the last 2 months.

It's not a bother, really!
This is the second one this morning, though, and that is bothersome! I'm going to ask Scott to look into this and see what's going on with the gallery not finding everything like we expect it to. Hang tight - we'll see what's going on!

Thanks Jenn, I just hate being a pest. I know you have a lot on your plate and your such a sweetheart for taking care of this for me.
