Question What envelope template?

I was wanting to buy an envelope template for my cards. I make the size cards that is 1/4 of an 11.5 x 8 piece of paper. What template do I need to buy and what size card is it called? I have heard A6, etc. so I was just wondering what size to get.

Do you mean you use 1/2 of an 8.5x11 sheet of cs? That would make your card 4.25x5.5. If that is the case then yes the A6 is the right envelope.

Hope this helps!!

I get the A-2 for my quarter 8 1/2 x 11 sheets and they are great. Think the A6 would be too big.

I got a bunch of the A2 envelopes, then realized that I should have bought the A6. I like to send pictures with most of my cards, and the A2 is just too small for a 4x6 photo. I found this out in the parking lot of the post office when, at the last minute, I was trying to mail my first handmade cards. Had to send the pictures a few days later. So now I use A2 for cards with my photos, and the A6 when I want to include a few pictures.
