Oh, my! Imagine my surprise when I checked my gallery this evening and found so many wonderful new comments on my blueberry card! At first I couldn't figure out what had happened until one of the posts mentioned that it had been chosen as a sketch challenge. What an honor! I'm tickled!
You ladies have done some truly wonderful things with it! What a beautiful bunch of cards!

This is a great sketch with some really awesome cards. One question, though, how do you all find time to stamp during the day? My girls don't give me a second. They are practically on top of me all day long. Only 14 days until kindergarten, though! LOL!
Here are my attempts. For some reason, I had a hard time with this sketch. I'm not too keen on either one, but here they are anyway. My second one is still pending.
OK, I didn't really care for the two other cards I posted for this challenge today, so I tried again. I like this one much more, and now I can go to bed and stop rethinking this layout over and over...
This was a great sketch. I was working with my Summer Sketches Simply Scrappin' kit to make as many cards as possible, and this was a wonderful design to incorporate. Thanks to Andrea T. for coming up with these challenges. Here is my sample:
The first one didn't look very good on the scan so I did another one. This one didn't scan any better but as a whole I do like this one better. Except for the fact that the red ink looks pink on the scan.

I stuck to the basic design because I liked Happyhearts card so much! Experimented with the pencils and colors I don't use often - the ribbon looks blue in the scan, but it's purple!
Hello...am new here to sketch challenges. I have never posted a card as a link...I can see where to insert a hyperlink...but what do I insert? I think I saw this information on here previously, but cannot find it. Thank you for your help....Happy Sketching...Jamie

Just bring up your card page, cut or copy from the address bar, come back to your post here at the challenge page and paste into your post. It's that easy!
If you want to know more about the hyperlink etc such as writing Here's my card in place of the long address you can PM me and I'll explain but the cut and paste will get it done for now. Easy things first!

I have had trouble with the last 2 card sketches. Not sure if it is because my expectations are to high, or if I am just in a slump (work has been very stressful...might be effecting the imagination). I am off for a weekend playdate with my favorite stamping buddy, so hopefully she will inspire me.
