Default Questions about spinners.....

do you NEED to have the second mat?

I jsut don't like the multi colored stick in the window of the slider.....maybe its just me - I "could" just use the mat as the same color.

Is the under mat to give it body so it can spin?

Also if I run out of pennies - someone said they have used other coins in a pinch - do you ahve to cut the slot wider?

Can ya tell I"m obsessing!!!

Kate: Near as I can tell you don't NEED the second mat. The one I made would work just fine if I omitted it. Hope this helps.

I have also heard of people using washers in place of pennies..so raid your hubbies tool area!

I am the one who used bigger coins (quarters)... and no the slot isn't for the coin size but for the size of your dimensional that holds the too coins together...

The bigger the coin the heavier it is though...
