Just got the Oct magazine and there is 6 pages of decorated composition books in it!

Default Sale at Staples
I just returned from Staples to stock up on the comp books.
They have a 2-pack for .69.
So I took my daughter(11) and her friend (9), gave them each $4
and sent them to the counter with the 5 limit. So I came home with
30 books. So when my papercrafts mag gets here...I will be ready to go.
Plus with all the adhesive and legal pads I have stack up..I could really use a few days in my stamping room

OOOOhhh, I just got the October Paper Crafts today too! Loads of SU! in it! And a spread on the "Hope is..." set, showing a journal and a great bookmark/tag. Also the SU! advertisement on the inside back cover is the Breast Cancer Awareness which has a scrapbook page, a mini gable box and a darling card!

Default Other awareness's
There is so much out there for Breast cancer and I am soooooo
supportive of the effort people do. But I lost a VERY good dear friend
from church, only 53 to Ovarian Cancer. It is just as deadly and not
nearly made a support of. The Ribbon is the same as the breast cancer
pink one..but in Turquoise. It would be neat to see someone with that set do awareness color ribbons for the other cancers. To support all the
other cancers that people suffer from.
I am pleased that Stampin UP is such a sensitive company to the people in need.
Just one little thought

gold - childhood cancers
white & teal stripe - teen cancer
grey - brain cancer
pink - breast cancer
teal/white - cervical cancer
brown - colon cancer
royal blue - colon cancer
kelly green - kidney cancer
orange - leukemia
clear - lung cancer
lime green - lymphoma
black - melanoma
burgundy - multiple myeloma
beige & burgundy - oral, head, & neck cancer
teal - ovarian cancer
purple - pancreatic cancer
blue - prostate cancer
bright yellow - sarcoma
peach - uterine cancer
