CC774 Whispers about Blueberries at the Seaside (01-14-20)
Welcome to this week's color challenge. I hope you have had a great start to 2020!
Before we get to this week's colors, let's celebrate last week's favorite!
Barbara was our hostess, and she chose We're Not in Control by jean aka jkanack. Barbara said, "Jean was brave and bold this week! She grabbed her blue and yellow alcohol inks and let them create her gorgeous background. Then she used yet another alcohol ink technique to create her pretty coffee cup. By not being in control, she created a unique and exciting work of art.""
Congratulations, Jean! The code to add the badge to your blog is attached below, and your card also will be pinned on our Pinterest Challenge board. Check it out here.
And now, on to this week's colors! I'm paying tribute to this year's Pantone Color of the Year, Classic Blue:
Blueberry Bushel Seaside Spray Whisper White
While you may choose to stick to a monochromatic card with only blue colors you are also welcome to use the Neutral family from the SU color palette in addition to the challenge colors? You can find those colors here.
For the dessert option this week, let's feature some sky on our cards!
Please keep in mind that while SU colors are listed for the challenges, these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!
Please put CC774 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one keyword, use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card.
