Wow, that was quick! Thanks so much. I'm almost thinking that I might have the Close to Nature set. Now I have to go through my old sets and check it out.
Karen
You are welcome. I have both those sets and some way older than that. Think my oldest is from 1995. I really love my old sets and use them all the time.
Most of my SU sets are from 2002-2005, because my friend sold SU back then, haha! I've bought used ones over the years on EBAY and on SCS, and have a few newer ones as well. I unmounted many of my wood stamps years back, to save space, but left most of the SU on their blocks. Using them on my Misti was a pain because they need double sided tape or Tack it Over and Over to keep them stuck to the Misti lid. Much easier to use the blocks.
I turned down the wooden blocks on a set of the tiny stamps when i bought them used and now I wish I had taken the blocks. They're the mini ones , and almost impossible to use on my Misti.
Karen
The French one is a SU! one but I am wondering from which set.
The other one doesn't have any sticker image on the reverse side.
Thank you!

I'm working on my stamp inventory and have two Inkadinkado stamps that do not have a stamp name on the wood block. The santa sleigh stamp has a code# of 98726O and the tree/snowflake stamp has a code# of 98722P. Anyone know the name of either of these stamps?
With a little more persistence, I answered my own question about the Inkadinkado stamps above. The sleigh one is "Santa's Sleigh Ride" and the snowflake/tree one is "Winter Wonderland.
I still am looking for the brand and name for this buck head stamp. Anyone have any ideas?
I've been working on my stamp inventory, and I have several stamps that I can't identify the company or the stamp name. I was hoping someone here might have some ideas. Thanks in advance for any help/clues!
Cindy (?), I adore the quote "Just when I think I have all the stamps I need...I get a new catalog in the mail!"
That so describes me. I would have to add "or I get an eBay update"
For years I have been collecting wooden mounted stamps for over 20 years. I have bins upon bins of wooden stamps.
Okay, I know the thread says stamps but... maybe someone knows, this is obviously a Spellbinders set, but I cut the packaging when it was new to put it into a CD clear flap envelope... ( and you guessed it I cut the name off without realizing) and all the searches I have ever done this set never comes up.
Stacy, I haven't had any luck so far. Are there any numbers on the back of that card or anything stamped onto the dies? Sometimes dies have numbers engraved into them.
the back of the card says 2007 and patent # 7055427 made in china for Spellbinder LLC but, there are no numbers on the dies themselves. The watering can is maybe 2" tall in real life. The other side also says its part of the shapeablities line.
I know I bought this in like a clearance bin for 5.00 a long time ago and it has never been used. ( I had to pull the tape off of them to get them off the card)

I too indulge my addiction. Can't tell you how many stamps I've bought because I just LOVE the design, and then never actually ink them and stamp with them- anybody else???

I know it! I know it! I spent months looking for this exact set. It is called Garden Delights.

I have a 3 piece Martha Stewart wood mounted rubber stamp set. I would really like some info on them. One is a cartoon of Martha, second one says "Martha Stewart doesn't live here" and the third one says "It's a good thing".
Unfortunately, I don't know how to upload a photo of them. What is a URL? How do I go about to post a photo?
Thanks
a very long time ago I bought one on eBay that read "Martha Stewart doesn't live here" but, it was not a set and it was there used to be small stamp makers selling things they made there, so it has no mfg info on the block. ( and its pretty small)
an URL is the web address of where you seen something you want to link to. So, if you have a tab open on this web site and you look up the part that reads Https://www. etc that is the URL.
so, open a second tab with the address you want to link to, put your cursor in that spot, highlight what is in that box & then right click once and hit copy. then come back to this box where you can type here and do you see the symbol that looks like a pair of linked chains? click that, a pop up box will open above this box and there will be a place that says URL with space next to it, put your cursor in that space and right click once and hit paste. ( it will put the place you want to make the link clickable go to) into your post. Then click the OK button, that pop up box will go away and when you submit this reply you made on the thread there should be a link to the URL.

did that make sense?
It does make sense. But, I think Mischelle1 might be referring to the still-broken insert image option? That also asks for a URL. (It always did, in fact, as one of the options.)
The best way, currently, to add an image is to use the paperclip icon or the manage attachments option under the text entry box. Navigate to the image location on your desktop and attach it.
There should, unless you clicked to dismiss it, be a yellow banner header just above the forum posts
advising that the image uploader is broken and due to be fixed in the editor upgrade, and to use the paperclip. The editor upgrade has mostly happened, but not yet the image uploader fix.

I have seen several people say use the paperclip (which I could never find!) Lo & behold today i clicked on GO ADVANCED and the paperclip magically appeared right beside the insert image icon. unfortunately this doesn't happen when sending a PM . . . . .

I found a wonderful 6x6 background stencil at a local store hosting a garage sale (yeah! I love these). There is no markings on the stencil, but I would like to catalog it correctly in my inventory. Any ideas on what the name is and/or who makes it?
Does anyone know who made this image? I'm thinking maybe it was a Penny Black stamp but I may be way off . . .
Thanks for any help you can give me.

No idea, but is it several different, separate stamps that have been combined, or one stamp? Almost reminds me of Posh Impressions in a way.
