It is great to have a male perspective!! My hubby just shakes his head at me !! LOL or he gets this fake tone in his voice and says...ohhhhh that's cute!! but is is fake (not intentionally but very obviously!!)

LOL, my husband gets the glazed look in his eyes and says "oh how pretty" totally fake, totally ovbious, but I love making him say it over and over again!!!! LMAO (thats the evil stamper in me )

I know we have at least one othe make stamper here. CrazyLadyJay's husband is a member but I haven't heard from hin in a while. I know they just moved so he may be busy. Remember girls, he started all of the CRAK talk at Christmastime.

Hi Matty! If you don't already know, we have the RAK group (Random Acts of Kindness-basically you pick a random person to send a card to, and people send you cards too!) and also our Secret Sister group (which we can change to the Secret Sisters and Brother group if you join). Welcome!
There is a guy in my SU 'sideline' named Mike... we call him Mike The Male Stamper, which to me sounds like Mike The Male Stripper, except he's a pastor, so I don't tell him that to his face!
Yeah, you'll have to forgive us when we say "hey ladies" or anything else equally non-gender equal. It's habit!
Again, welcome, and enjoy laughing at all of us... you'll get insight into the female mind if nothing else!

Who are we.. we are the guy stampers! Yeah! That was odd.. sounds like a bit of an echo there.. in time there will be more of us. Okay that sounds like an invasion.
Anyhow thank you everyone for the kind welcomes! I never dreamed I would get such a huge response. Now I feel the pressure. Last night I was looking at my cards say, " sucks, sucks, diffinately sucks, was I drinking too much when I made that one?"
I will have to ask my Stamp Guru to scan my samples for me as I do not have a scanner. My computer at times scares and my family calls it Hal from the 2001 movie. It seems to like to do its own thing at times. So if it will let me, I will get my gallery going hopefully in the next week or so.
you can join the RAK group from the home page over on the left hand side, there is a usergroup section, click on RAK or random acts of kindness and join us. I am sure there is another place you can join too, but i am still trying to figure out this new forum.

sml1170 - I love your Yoda avatar! I could just see Yoda kicking back at the Jedi Temple with Mace making a few cards. Yoda would say something like " Stamp I will! Brings happiness to me it does!"

A guy who'll admit he stamps, now could you become the next Tim Holtz? For anyone who wonders, who is that? Just type in the search bar on your home page and look for yourself. Matty here isn't the first guy stamper out there.
I hope you enjoy yourself here Matty and you'll sure learn more than you can ever use. I can't get my husband to try stamping, (I think he's afraid he'll like it) but he will build shelves to store them on.
