You're currently viewing Splitcoaststampers as a GUEST. We pride ourselves on being great hosts, but guests have limited access to some of our incredible artwork, our lively forums and other super cool features of the site! You can join our incredible papercrafting community at NO COST. So what are you waiting for?
Tenia has been gracing the covers of Paper Crafts Magazine and definitely gets her stamp on! I've had the pleasure of working with her coolness on many design teams and she's a real sweetie. You're going to love her work!
Congratulations girlfriend, put your crown on, and enjoy your day and special week as our Featured Stamper.
I used the same sketch as Tenia, that I loved so much that I made another card to share with you!
For my first card named above, I changed the colors, theme, the button embellishment, and only used one length of ribbon.
For my second card, Fleas Navidad, I flipped the sketch, added another strip of designer paper, a thin line of stickers to cover the lines, used twine instead of ribbon, a shaped button, and ink distressed the edges.
Be sure to check out all of the fun at the FS250 Gallery!
HOW DO I PLAY?:
Go to the Featured Stamper's gallery and CASE a card, following these simple CASEing Guidelines:
1. Change 2 or more things on the Featured Stamper's project. It could be a color combo, embellishments, backgrounds, or even the main image could be different -- but similar because you don't own the exact image. Please list the changes you made in your description.
2. Give credit to the original stamper and put a link to the original card in your description.
3. Fan Club members may upload today (Sunday). Non-Fan Club members are encouraged to play, but please wait until Monday to upload your creations to give our volunteer moderators a day off. This is so much appreciated.
4. Please note the following regarding Sketch Challenge cards: If you are keeping the same layout but changing most everything else on the featured stamper's card, make sure it isn't a sketch challenge card (SC###). The reason is because it is essentially is a CASE of the sketch since it isn't the Featured Stamper's original idea. Sketch challenges include Mojo Sketches, Design Team Sketch Challenges, and Blog Sketch Challenges, etc. Please be sure to check the keywords!
UPLOADING DIRECTIONS:
1. Keyword FS250.
2. In the Details Section of your card, please describe the changes you have made, give credit to the Featured Stamper, and link her card. Fill in the products that you used in the blanks provided so that others can CASE your card too! Please do not link back to your personal blog.
If you are new to challenges, please feel free to this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get you stamping!

I loved Tenia's clean, uncluttered cards and re purposed items- especially- For You Altered Jar Project which inspired me to make my Mini Merry and Cheers to You Bags- for the Mini Merry, I substituted a handmade mini treat bag (2" tall, 1" wide) for her jar, put "Merry" on my tag, and moved the bow to the top of my bag. The Cheers to You has fabric and hand stitching with the flower shape Happy Holidays!

Tenia Sanders-Nelson is our Featured Stamper today and what a cool, cool gallery of beautiful CAS card she has. Congrats on being chosen, Tenia. I love your clean cards and may be back to try another, but here is mine for now.
Tenia has become one of my favorite SCS stampers. I am thrilled Cindy that you chose Tenia as this weeks FS. I will be playing later, but will be sure to play. The hard part.......choosing only one of her fabulous cards to CASE. TF Hosting.....
Congratulations, Tenia! Your gallery is wonderful, though it was a bit scary for me to pick. I am so NOT a CAS girl. I chose the Trick or Treat card to case and created
I liked both the layout and the monochromatic color combination in the card. I ended up making two cards using this as my inspiration.
The first used the same layout (and the red!), but added a bit more color and I made it a cheery birthday card: Cherry Birthday
The second card I returned to the monochromatic color scheme, but changed it to a more somber grey and subtle pink for this sympathy card: Grey Sympathy
