I winter in Savannah GA, so I would love to get together to stamp with you, I see you are in South GA, are you close to me???? I come down in November, the date is not set yet.

My DD lives in N Ga and I live in central FL. We just got together a couple weeks ago for a weekend crop in Temple, Ga. near Atlanta. Three nights and all food included for $175. It was fabulous and we can't wait to go again. I can pm you with the info about it. Not sure if we're allowed to post names of retreats on here. If that's not the kind of get together you're talking about, I would still be interested in what ever you have in mind.

thanks for your info, I think crops are usually scrapbooking and I mainly make cards, but would to get together if possible and stamp with you.

Count me in! Just need to figure out when and where. BTW, there were only three of us at the crop I mentioned, we had the run of the house, and we were all SCS card makers! lol I guess "crop" was the wrong word to use. It was more of a retreat! But I'm game for whatever we plan.

I am so excited, stamping in the south, love it. I do go to a SU demo in Savannah to stamp but would love to branch out and meet other stampers.

Are we talking about a one day get-together or something longer? I'm thinking we'll all be driving quite a distance to meet at a central location so maybe at least an overnight would make it worth the drive. Neva, what did you have in mind when you started this thread?
Wow I live really close to Deb and Melissa!!! I'm in Orange Park, FL, a mile from the mall on Blanding! Do either of you ever go to the classes/crops/etc around here?
I do every once in a while, and I'm even starting to teach a few! So excited about that!
I love getting together to stamp with friends, but f I have a bunch of deadlines, I have a tendency to just stay at home and work 'cause when we're all together, I don't get as much done...I'm too chatty! ;)

I haven't either Melissa. I almost never get over to pictures in time. It's a great store, but Wells rd is just so weird to me! It goes on for what seems like forever, and I'm always afraid I'm going to pass it and have to figure out somewhere to turn around! Ya, I have some driving "issues"....
I haven't been to any of the classes at Michaels either, but I have a lot of fun shopping there when I can!
Oh, I love the Marietta area. When I head up I-75 from Florida to visit my DD in Lafayette, Ga I always leave hours early so I can stop and shop at all the SB stores! Exit 269 - it's ALL there!

I'm about a 3 hours drive from Marietta, GA. It seems like that would be a long way from those in Florida, though. Don't know if I could get together with you gals or not...but I sure would love to!
If we found a place in the Atlanta/Marietta area to meet up, I'd be willing to carpool up there with some other Floridians. The only problem would be fitting all our cropping stuff in the trunk! lol
