I'm so glad I joined this challenge. I feel like making cards again. One of my tools collecting dust is my Xyron sticker maker. I finally remembered to buy refills for it. I made another quilt card today and the Xyron is a time saver when it comes to adding adhesive to those little squares and triangles. Can you tell I'm hooked on the quilt cards? I promise, I will try something else soon.
Whew! Nothing like *p*r*o*c*r*a*s*t*i*n*a*t*i*n*g*! I'm heading out of town on Thursday for a week so I knew I had to get these done! Finally finished them tonight! :-) This seemed to be the month to play with my SU "Delightful Decorations"...I guess once I had it out, I just figured I might as well use it! LOL I actually made an extra card, so maybe I should count it as one for March!
I have finished my cards for Feb.--I am new to this whole posting thing--only posted 1 card before this--so I do not understand now to link my gallery here??? I tried keeping my post open to copy my cards here, but it didn't work....my user name is SODELL and my cards are easy to find, since there are only 6 posts!!!! I made 6 of the Prickley Pear Ornament cards (2 of each pattern) and 4 of the Winter Joy/Snow Swirled cards. Thanks so much, Stacy

Here are the instructions I used when I first learned how to link my cards to a post like this:
Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows: One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

g'morning, Pretty cards. the way i do it (linking) is lets say i want to make a word and have it be a hidden live link.
i have this reply box open on this thread, and then i have a second tab open for the card that is your most recent upload to your gallery, on that second tab, i highlight the cards address, ( url ) and right click once then hit copy from the drop down menu, then i come back to this tab and type the words
snow swirledthen I highlight the words snow swirled
then i click the hypertextlink that looks like a globe with two chain links under it ( its next to the chain links with a red X through them) then a pop up window opens with http:// in it, i highlight the http:// and right click once and hit paste, then that changes that to the url of the card with the proper html card into the post as i type this right now i can see it. then i hit OK then it closes that pop up window...
if i want to change the color of it to say PURPLE because, your card is Purple i can highlight the whole line from bracket to bracket and then click on the do you see the A with the black line under it? the arrow next to that is other color choices as black is the default so if i highlight that line, then i can click the color choice and change it to purple. then Im pretty much done so i hit preview usually because sometimes when i bold links i have changed the color on it doesnt always work in some threads of this site ( no clue why) but, if it looks good i hit submit and I'm done with it.
oh and i usually change the color of it before i unhighlight it, if i go on typing and try to change the color later it sometimes has to be done a second time. ( no idea why)
Thanks for this info!! Just what I needed to know!!

Here are my February cards. (still need to get January ones done...and I WILL!) They are cased from a card made by Pat Sergeant at Christmas Cards All Year 'Round.

I'm going back and catch up on card comments. Great job on getting your February cards in.
Remember if you still have some to do, we are chatting over at the main CCC11 thread today for our 25th of the month Virtual Stamping Day. I'm wondering if we need to change it to our Elf Party Hmmm..

OK. I am the world's best procrastinator! Off to CCC work I go! Hope to post later today! Everyone's work is so cool!! You have inspired me to get to it!
Wow, the first two months of the year have been very difficult to find the time to make more than a few cards. I'm looking forward to making a bunch more in the next few months.
I got mine done for Feb - yeah for me! I did 14 cards since I borrowed my friends Branch Out set. Can I just tell you all that i LOVE that set - I am so sorry I never bought it in the catalog - it is crazy expensive to buy on ebay!
