Actually, I did hear back from Zoe at Eureka and they are still in business. She confirms they are having major site/server problems and are working on setting up a new site with another server. In the meantime, they told me I could e-mail, mail or call with an order and apologize for the inconvenience...just in case anyone else was wondering.
And thanks for the heads-up about the sale. I'll look for that!
