Default Upload - Multiple Files & Directory

I tried doing a search, but I couldn't find the information that I was looking for....

1) I thought that you could upload multiple files at once. Is this still an option? I'm confused as to how to do it..

2) In the upload process, there is a question that reads:
Skip upload and process the files in your upload directory
Where is this upload directory?

TIA,
Barbara

For now, no we can't do multiple files. There is a glitch in the software that we use, and it does not allow you to move the images into different galleries. We got tired of moving stuff for people, so we turned it off till there's a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As far as the directory thing, if something happens and you're cut off, you can skip the upload thing, and go right to your file on the server that way, if I remember right. Not sure, but I *think* that's what works.

HTH,
