Do you decorate by sticking everything to the outside or do you put it on the inside? What do you use for adhesive?

I cut paper to fit the inside and decorate the paper and stick back into the can. Also, I have put rubons on the outside.

But honestly, I don't think it matters. If I were to stick something on the outside, I'd use red liner tape (I buy a lot of different brands but it's the super sticky tape with the red/pink backing).
