Thanks Karen...it's not just 1 thing...it's many and it is definitely taken it's toll...bottle of wine...maybe tequilla...chocolate martinis....can sometimes make things better...lol...even if it's for only a couple of hours...lol

I think I'm gonna go to the pharmacy and get some vitamin B and D tomorrow. Definately feeling overwhelmed and anxious these days, especially with a house full of sick babies AND with the holidays right around the corner! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!!!

Sublingual vitamin b is REAL good. You put a drop under your tongue and it gives you an INSTANT boost.
With vitamin d I take it everyday. It makes me smile, and not just with my mouth, with my eyes and my whole outlook on life.
Diana, vitamin B is water soluble. Take 2 and wait 20 minutes. If you're not feeling any better, take another 2. As long as you are drinking LOTS of water, your body will not absorb more than it needs. Be warned though, vitamin B makes your pee turn almost neon yellow...so don't freak out!
Just catching up. I only get on-line in the mornings.......that's when my energy level is high enough to sit up straight in my chair. Walking is o.k. and lying down or lounging, but sitting up is harder as it pulls on the incision.

I'm confused...which vitamin B should I get. Teresa mentioned drops but Christyne said to take two (I'm assuming pills)??? I'm leaning towards the drops if it doesn't make a difference since I'm a baby when it comes to pills! :-D

I know what you mean by things piling up. Yep, wine certainly helps! Drank ALOT of it last week!
yuck! pills! but I should be taking a multi. I definately dont' get enough vitamins at all. But I have a friend who has been tryign to get me to take some bsomething vitamins too - says it gives you happy energy!

I have been trying for months ... no.. like a year! to get a pecan tart recipe from this lady I worked with. She keeps saying she'll give it to me, but never does! I mean, if its a secret family recipe, she just needs to say so! LOL
Anyone else make a killer pecan tartlet? I am in LOVE with them! LOL
Maybe Ms. Christyne does since she seems to be the baker of the group. I go as far as making easy peasy sugar cookies and colourful rice krispie squares for the holidays...this year I'm venturing outside the box with chocolate covered pretzels (notice there's only ONE thing on my list that actually requires any baking...lol)

lol...I used to love baking... but haven't baked anything in a long time. I need a stand mixer in order to do any baking. Yes, I really do. No no.. really.... I need one.
