You kinda just have to eyeball it or Michelle mentioned that there is a ribbon sample thing that you could buy for like $7 or something like that with little swatches of each of the ribbons, you take that home and compare with the su cs then make your list.

Yeah I have one for grograin ribbon..I paid 7 I think for it...I actually need to go and get some 1 1/2" satin ribbon...I might go thrusday... |

Some colours are EXACTLY like SU! colours:
Whisper White, Real Red, Basic Black. Very Vanilla is SO close that you can't tell unless you have both spools side by side.
If you are buying the double faced satin, it comes in SMALL rolls (25 yds). The single faced is in 100 yd. rolls. SU! sells double faced.
I was there yesterday and will be going to tomorrow...they were out of Whisper White in the satin, but had Very Vanilla and Basic Black. They were also out of Real Red. They have a pink and a blue, that MAY be close to Bashful Blue and Pretty in Pink, but I didn't have snips of the ribbon to check...

Friday i'm expected the floor guy to come by, and they're delivering our new couches, so you know how these thing go, they never give you an exact time - so that probably wouldn't work for you either.

I am holding your swaps hostage - LOL!
Tomorrow will work...next week is even more nuts!
DD has her pre-op appt on Tuesday, I'm working the Caroline on Thursday...stuff to do in between...it's just nuts! What with DD's surgery on the 15th, the "things I have to do list" that I can usually work with up until the 23rd has now got to be completed by the 14th.
Factor in the working with Caroline, the getting together with friends and the team meeting on the 12th and well...you get the idea.
I'll make tomorrow work...somehow or another...is SQ1 for lunch still OK?

Me too...I have a hard time making CAS type cards...I have so much more to do and I'm not feeling all that motived either...to much going o in my life...
I could get more done however if I moved in ot Diana's basement....LOL :mrgreen: |

I don't hate the buses just the amount of time it takes to ge to and from somewhere..
