Actually, I'm going nuts preparing for our home tournament next weekend... Vendors, trophies, ice time, schedule, food table, raffle table, off-ice activities, etc. Even though there are 45 New Hartford families with kids involved only about 3 are willing to help in any way:rolleyes:
Michigan isn't until the end of the month and I don't have to do much for that one except pack and show up!
Isn't that the way it always is? So many parents want to just drop their kids off. :(
Actually put away the suitcases this morning...big accomplishment for me 'cause it usually takes me a month after a trip before I get stuff put away...more little things to put away still but at least I can walk in my dressing room without tripping over luggage. Only 2 more loads of laundry to do. Lots of folding to do though...bathrooms to clean...vacuuming...yuck! Dislike cleaning!
arlene...... this is the second time you said this....
You wash and dry laundry and fold it later?? Does anyone else do this???
Me personally... I leave it in the dryer until I have the time to fold it. And I fluff and warm it for 3-4 minutes before folding....

I wash, dry and then dump on the floor outside the dryer when I need to put a new load in, lol! When I get the time/ambition, I cart it all upstairs (usually around 5 - 7 loads worth) and fold and put it away. Keep in mind that the pile goes down daily as we "fish" for stuff to wear. Just too many things to do and folding laundry is at the bottom of the lsit

Yeah! Wash, dry, and dump it all on DH's couch...which he HATES (so why doesn't he fold it while he's watching TV:confused...until I get around to folding it...that day or weeks later. I usually do laundry every couple of weeks so do 3-5 loads in one day on the weekend.
I found a smaller sized room for reasonable rental price, through a sideline (once removed) who would like to help out and get involved. It is available Sat March 20 or Sat March 27. Anyone interested in a smaller sized shoebox swap in Poughkeepsie, and if so, which date works better? I'm thinking about limiting to 20.
We have a room reserved for March 27 in Poughkeepsie. Mark your calendars!

Hi Gals, I know I'm VERY behind in checking posts and such! Thank you for all the well wishes.....so far so good with all the preggy "symptoms." Not too much nausea....but my DH can attest that I have been quite a bit (more) moody.
I hope everyone had a lovely holiday season!

I just use my work planner and the big calendar on the fridge....
It's convenient to have a "clean, updated" printed copy when we bring my FIL for dr visits so we don't have any overlaps. But I usually only print 1-2 weeks (with notes area) and we write any additions/changes and only re-print if really needed.
I think a paper planner works well if only one person needs to use/see it.
