You can make your own! They're so easy to do. Buy some stick pins or head pins, then buy the beads and crimp beads to hold everything on. I get my supplies here: http://www.firemountaingems.com/
OR you can check out your local craft store in their jewelry section. They should have some pre-made that you can buy.
Funny i only just got headpins and beads to make my own not had time yet though, i love adding them to cards, ive bought supplies to make charms too but not sure how to finish it? What i mean is i've got the idea how to make the charm but not a clue how to secure it at the end? If anyone knows how i'd be really really gratefull

Wow Tracy would'nt know where to start but just had a quick look at the link you left and will go and do a bit research. Making your own would make more sense then you will always get a perfect match.

Since you mentioned crimp beads, I'm assuming you know how they work ... I don't. Could you enlighten me? I have a whole pack (100!) of them sitting here, and I have no idea how to use them.

I am sure there are other ways to use the crimp beads but I use this tool to close the bead. You put the crimp bead on the pin (after you have added the other beads that you want to use),push it up close to the last bead. You place the groove closest to the handle on the bead and close the pliers firmly, then you move the pliers to the groove closest to the tip over the bead and close firmly. I usually turn the bead 1/2 turn before closing the pliers the second time and this makes the crimp bead round.
You can also use a small amount of glue to hold the last bead in place. I sometimes do this and use a tooth pick to get the glue in the hole of the bottom bead.

Pam, I am not sure how much help I can be because I have not seen a tutorial. It is really pretty simple to make these pins. You will need stick pins, you choice of length and clutches for the end. Some are sold as a set and some aren't. You can purchase them at Hobby Lobby, Michaels or on line at a number of places. Here is a link to one style. You can get pins that are flat on top instead of the loop. Stick Pin
You will also need beads of your choice. These are sold at many places also including the above mentioned sources. Crimp beads and a crimp tool or pliers. Sometimes I use glue on the bottom bead instead of a crimp bead. You have to be careful that the glue doesn't show. Crimp tool. This is like the one that I have.
Slip the clutch off the pin, slide your beads on in the order you like put a crimp bead on last and close it with your crimp tool or pliers, place your pin on the card as desired and replace the clutch.

Fortunately, I purchased on of those crimp tools several months ago and I have some of the crimp beads. Do I have to match the size of the crimp bead with the size of the stick pins?

I don't think you need to match the size of the crimp to the pin. It just needs to slip on the pin. The pins are in the beading section of Michaels with the metal findings. Yes the clutch is the little thing at the bottom and they are often sold separately from the pins. Sometimes they are in sets like the example I showed you. The way that I use the crimp tool is to place the groove closest to the handle over the crimp bead and mash then turn the pin and place the groove closest to the point over the crimp bead and mash again. This makes it round. HTH
Thank you everyone for all this information. I have been struggling to get a bead crimped on my pin. I would like to do multiple pins after scoring some terrific beads at the recent Tucson Gem and Mineral show.
