My card
Good afternoon!
Sorry I didn't get to make this card yesterday, I kept kicking ideas around in my head.
HERE is what I came up with. I used green as my 'other color'.
It is intended to be an anniversary card for my inlaws. I was looking for a sentiment that said something along the lines of "For the perfect pair" or "You are the perfect pair" but could not find anything (note to self - finish that stamp index!) so I will probably end up hand writing it in.
I was also trying to improve on the CASE I did of Nichole Heady's card last week, the strap placement is better and I will say that embossing the straps turned out much more vivid than stamping them, don't you think?
I will try to come up with something else more creative later. Thank you to Miss Boo for the challenge (yaay - finally have my in-laws anniversary card done!) and to all who take the time to view and comment on my card.

This is the hardest technique for me, but I loved the color combo so much that I had to give it a try. Here is my take on CAS18:

I didn't have kraft paper, so I used Naturals Ivory as a substitute.
Hope you like it.
