I just wanted to express my excitement in a place where people will understand...
I placed my first PTI order Sunday about 3 minutes after the new release and am so stunned that my order just got here already! I live close to Columbus so I guess that explains the speed, but geesh, that was really fast! Anyway, I am drooling over my goodies and trying to decide what to make first. I got a bunch of cardstock, 8 ink pads, and the new Wishing You set. They are all so beautiful, I can't wait to play and share my creations! Thanks for listening and understanding.
Congrats on your first order!! It's a wonderful package to receive. They're just like potato chips, once you start you just can't stop ~ but these don't have calories!! tee hee Have fun!

Completely understand! I placed my order right after the release as well and my package will be here tomorow!!! And I live in CT That is exactly 2 1/2 days after shipment. Nothing like the delivery service of Fed ex. I ordered from a company and they sent me the shipping confirmation on March 6th. Fedex had a delivery date of March 13th than changed it to March 17th! Talk about slow shipping.
Thanks everyone for being excited for me! I tore it all open and got the stamps all in the case. I tried out a few (just on some scratch card, didn't open my new stuff yet) and I am already in love! I got a pure poppy pad and I love love love the color! It's so rich and delicious! My head is spinning with ideas, I probably won't get to create anything until tomorrow when I'm off of work, but you can be sure my new goodies are about all I'll be thinking of until then haha! Hope everyone else gets theirs soon!
Yea for you! Enjoy playing with your new goodies. I also ordered a little after midnight, and although I got an order confirmation notice, I still haven't received notification that my order has been shipped. I usually get a shipping notice the day after I order. I'm feeling a little:(.
Yay for you!! It's a ton of fun getting a package like that.
And I learned an important lesson ~ if you stay up late enough anyway, order!! I used to order before you could even see the sets, but the last few times I let it wait until the next day. Well, that blew up in my face this time, didn't it?! Some new items were already on backorder Sunday.

Oh how fun to already have your stuff. I am waiting patiently for my new goodies from this month. I love all the colors I got a few months ago, and this month I ordered almost all the remaining ones. The PTI quality really is top-notch. Be sure to post what you make so we can all see!
I ordered yesterday am (Monday) my order was exactly $100.00 so I for sure got free shipping...I love love love their stuff!
I am always stalking to see where their new colors will be...lol

Your order might be coming by UPS, which usually takes an extra day or two to send out the shipping notice. I think I have had two orders come UPS and wondered for a few days why they hadn't shipped yet. By the time I got the notice from UPS, the packages were supposed to be delivered that day! So, if it is sent USPS, PTI will send you the shipping info. But if it is sent UPS, the notice will come from UPS directly.
I am (im)patiently waiting for my package. I think(hope) it will be here today. I can't wait to play with the new Guide Lines 2 and Life sets! That Hibiscus Burst looks so yummy!! Where is that mailman already?!?

I placed mine on Sunday afternoon and it shipped on Monday. Chances are that it shipped, but for some reason you didn't get the tracking number email. That has happened to me a few times.
Well, I just got my shipping info/tracking number. Looks like it won't be here until Friday. I'm a little disappointed but I'm sure they were really backed up. Looking forward to playing with my stuff.
I just wanted to add that if it is shipped UPS, the tracking email won't actually say PaperTrey Ink. It will just say something like " "Your Company Name Here" has sent a package..." So if you got a random tracking info email, it might your PTI.

I thought mine was arriving today too, but no such luck:( I ordered 9 minutes after midnight. Some people are getting their anniversary sets in with their orders too! I hope mine are in there. Fingers crossed!!!
I ordered mine on Monday and havent gotten a shippping notice yet...I bet they are really really busy. I sent an email at least a week ago asking how you check to see if you are a winner and I have not gotten a response...how do you check to see if you win anything? Blessings.
I'm waiting to get the Guidlines Two before I submit my order.
Me too. I'm salivating for that set, and kicking myself that I didn't order it right away. I knew it would be insanely popular so I'm a dummy for waiting.
