2. You are able to airbrush with Sketch and you can not airbrush with Ciao.
You can get around this by adhering a piece of sticky foam to support the marker since it's round and not oval. As long as you can secure the marker to sit snugly, it will work.

That's great. I have images that I've received in wishrak that I just asked for "black" and some of them are working for the copics, so that must be why. Nice to know!
What is wishrak? I'm new to the stamping world
Has anyone seen this before? Seems handy and could probably be tailored for any type of marker. What do you think?
You can download these charts from here. I do like the idea of using the white pen to write in the numbers because the dark markers will cover the marker #s, but I'm too lazy to redo my chart.

I just ordered 14 Sketch Copics. I have to do a little at a time. This is where I order my Copics: www.oozak.com
They have great prices and wonderful customer service plus free shipping w/ a $50 order!
I got my second order of Copics from Oozak earlier this week. Shipping was very fast and their communication has been great, as well. The only downside is that they are frequently out of the most popular colors. I believe they are working hard to aleviate that problem, though. So here's to OOZAK!:-D

LOL - thanks for helping out Cher. I just stepped in. I thought I had posted in the wrong thread, but I was replying to the question above from 'jackcharlie' My post just started a new page so it seems rather random.
The link worked for me...now I know why. LOL But to answer 'jackcharlie', you can get more info on Wish RAK by going to to the main forum and scroll all the way down to "Random Acts of Kindness" and there will be a sub-forum to "Wish RAK" You can get all the info there. HTH

Here's a cut and paste of part of the info that the link leads to. The link details just about everything about Wish RAK and what I'm pasting here is just an intro.
What is Wish-RAK
Wish-RAK is a sub-forum of the RAK (Random Acts of Kindness) main forum. It was originally formed to send stamped images from SU! stamp set(s) on 6 to 8 quarter sheets (4 1/4 inch x 5 1/2 inch) to share with other members within this group.
Since its conception.....brads, buttons, dewdrops, envelopes, eyelets, prima flowers, die cut shapes, ribbon, designer paper, cardstock, embossed cardstock, acetate sheets, punched shaped wishes and other stamp manufacturers.....have been allowed as a WISH.
As of Feb, 2009.....stamping images on 5 or 6 sheets of 1/3 cut (3 3/4 inch x 8 1/2 inch).....has been added as another option size for stamping images. This size fits well in a business size envelope.
To become part of Wish RAK, you need to first request to be part of the RAK forum and then the Wish RAK forum. I've been a part of Wish RAK for almost a year now and I really like it. It gives me a chance to try out new images before buying. You can request copic compatible ink as well as other inks compatible with other coloring mediums.

I am a member of WRAK too! The girls over there are so generous & wonderful! I think it takes a little time to request being a member of RAK & then you sign up for the WRAK side. I've been a member since it started & I have been hugely blessed by it.
Oooh! I found it! The name on the original file was Sharon Harnist!
She must have typed in all those numbers! The first Excel tab is her original...all on one page like copicmarkers.com.
The second tab is my version after I separated the color sections out.
Color charts are like belly buttons... we all have one. Here's mine! ;)
I started out with the version from SnazzyStamper and turned the color numbers sideways. It prints on two pages. I cut the bottom off page one and the top off page two, then butted them together and taped the back. The tape ends up being kind of a hinge, so it folds easily.
When I turned the numbers sideways, I had a clear reason in mind. But, by the time I printed and taped it together, I'm not sure what the reason was.
Anyway, I'm attaching the files in both Excel and .pdf format.
I know a bunch of you had some problems ordering from our site on Friday night and Saturday (Feb 13 & 14). We had more traffic on the site than we have ever, and I mean EVER (like 3x more) , had in 24 hours.
We really aren't that big of a site, as I have said before, we're just 2 guys with a website trying to pay the bills ;) If we can keep our stock up, NO LAUGHING and keep the traffic like that, we might even be able to afford a better hosting company. Someday.
Well, anyway, we still have some stock left.

Will you let us know when you stock comes in because I am looking for a few that are always sold out - everywhere!
DH bought me a 72 holder but it is for sketch and I have a mix of sketch and caio so I am trying to make it work but the caio fall over. lol I am filling out a color chart right now.
You know what's really bad? The stock we just got in we had ordered in early December BEFORE we knew about the current price increase. I WISH I HAD ORDERED MORE! The smae thing is going to happen that happened at the end of 2008 - we got WIPED out before we caould get anymore. At least we have a BUNCH on order - just wish we knew when they were going to arrive. ;)

WE will always post on our site when we expect stock. As soon as we get the UPS Tracking numbers, we then know what is coming. One of these months I am going to try and figure out how to add a Pre-Order option or a Wishlist that we can fill for you (maybe $50 at a time or something) to the site. That is a lot of coding, someday...
If you absolutley cannot find a color, maybe buy a blank marker and the refill of the color you want. You won't have the caps, but at least you'll have that color. Maybe if you are really needing that color.
you got that right! Has anyone tried the Manga Drawing Pad? Michael's has some of clearence for $4 for 20 sheets of paper. It's 150 lb. weight! I bought one but am wondering if I need to run back up there & buy up the rest at that price.
I just shocked myself. I counted and have 120 Copics! Wow, that is a lot of money. But I love each and every one of them. I few more and I will be done collecting I hope.

LOL! It is a sickness, I tell ya! I am soooo trying to stop but I think I really need E40 & Y00 ;)

A few? Personally, I hope you are collecting the Sketch...that means you only need to buy 202 more colors. LAUGHING)

Once I get my lastest orders in, I'll have ~200 sketch markers. The vast majority purchased from oozak.com
And there are still about 20 or 30 more that I would LOVE to have. But that's for another month. My budget is wiped out.
Last night I was cleaning up my room and found a set of 36 Bic Bark-Its that I had bought before jumping on the Copic bandwagon. So I decided to make a color chart to see what I had. OMGoodness! They gave me such a headache from the smell.
And then I tried to blend them with a Prisma colorless blender. The color didn't blend at all, it just smeared a little bit. Is this normal, or am I just that spoiled by my Copics??? LOL~

Rusty, I was one of those clogging your website Friday night! There were a few problems with slowness etc. but I was also causing problems because I was on the site so long trying to decide what colors to get. I'll try to be faster next time (she says as bank account cringes, lol).
Question (Sort of long): I'm not trying to be snarky but I need to ask about this. Last December your website said prices were going up January 5th. Most people assumed that Oozak's prices would be raised at that time, which is why you had all the business in December. Prices haven't been raised yet. It now appears that you did not intend to raise your prices until you had to start paying the higher price from the manufacturer. At least that is the picture I have now.
Now your website is saying, that starting March 1st, you will have to charge a certain higher price so that you won't be in violation of some agreement with the manufacturer. It seems to be saying that you can't quote prices or low price claims in advertising. Is it advertising when you say it on your website? I don't see why the manufacturer cares what you charge for the product as long as they get their share. So, are prices really going to go up in March or is that just another marketing ploy?
Please tell me if I am in error with anything. I just want to have the feeling that customers (especially SCSers) are being treated with honesty and respect. I look forward to your response.
