oooh I hate casinos............I can't ever bear to lose any $$, I think of all the things I could buy with that money!
I just got done with my last MFT challenge card. Now I think I'm gonna work on the inspiration card for this week, it's a good week, lots to choose from!

I made the cookies for the playgroup holiday party, four cookie swaps, plus for gifts! I'm not even close to done! I have a 50 pound box of chocolate coming for cookies, and fudge as well as a dozen huge bags of chocolate chips from Costco! I have folding tables ready to go up in almost every room tommorrow! Gotta handle the overflow of the stack of cookies!
My refridgerator looks like an bakery walk in... tons of dough just waiting to be cycled into the oven! lol! Now you see why last year when we got sick prior to Christmas I was super stressed out?! I didn't have the time, energy, or health to make even 1/16th of what I normally do! :rolleyes:
Thanks Michele, figured if I can'y do much else I should try to at least make a card a day so far I've been making more than one a day, always a good thing! Ho was your date night Michele? Hope you had a nice time!
I went through my LBB and ctrl-x'd anyone I had never heard of, never chatted with, never swapped with, or have been flaked by and put them on page three. Then I copied the new page one to page two and organized it by birthdate. (I even moved birthday to column one so it is easier to see at a glance.
Gonna try and focus on birthdays more in the coming year...

Good morning!
Pausing while the sausages thaw for our Sunday fry.
Haven't a clue how well Jennah's school did at the meet yesterday, but some school across the gym from us had an amazing team. I don't know how the timers kept up with a few of those girls in the speed realys. their feet barely touched the ground between reps.
We left before the meet was over, as Miss J only qualified to compete in the speed relay ( not too shabby, as she didn't start until the last third of the season and only went to three weeks of practice ).
It was a good thing that we left when we did, because the KCSD started shutting roads due to slide offs and visibility. Total mess, and tons and tons of accidents.
We didn't manage to get the tree up or the decorations out; it was an all out war to keep the snow piles down to a moderate level and the driveway usable. ( I wonder if it's too late to add a snowblower to my Christmas list?? LOL )
...and as soon as I finish making brunch, I'll be back out in the nasty white crud, back at the process all over again.

hi girls, actually working around the house today, *gasp*
I bravely took the couch cushions off the couch, vaccumed, and am washing all the blankets in the house, Polo is lucky he is my baby b/c dog hair drives me crazy!!!!!!!!!! At least I"m not one of those people that go to work with dog hair all over them!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL Glad you liked what you saw! I will be posting my Hanna cards to my blog today, I try to only post once a day and I had already posted for yesterday ;) I think I finally decided on colors for the MFT creations, now to get the modivation!
Ladies you know how I said my guy freaked out, well I haven't heard from him since last Saturday and him texted me today to see how he was and that he had to 'relax and think' now hes ready to talk, but I don't think I can...sort of bummed about it all to be honest.

ok, working on Christmas presents for my secretaries today!!!!!!! trying to stay busy busy today.
We decided today that me and my girlfriends are going to TN the weekend of the 19th for sure, YAY!!!!!!!!!!! Also, my DH and I are going away for the weekend of the 13th for our anniversary. So fun stuff this month!
OK, So I am at work and have found myself (rought estimate) 20 pages behind, I believe the last page posted on was 123... SO not catching up, you guys have been VERY YAKKY!!!!
I wanted to say TY for all the Birthday wishes I have found throughout the site. I received cards and gifts from some and SO deeply appreciate it.
I have ALL swaps completed so I joined a couple Demo Only swaps, missed out on the new releases and challenges so I guess I will just click and go, perhaps cheaper not all caught up in the hype of THE NIGHT... LOL
Take care ladies, and I can play today and prolly not anymore til MY puter gets fixed...cuz boss is here mo-thurs with me!!!!

HI! How was yesterday? Need me to hop a flight to help ya bury the bodies? ;)
recovering from our first boy/girl party last night. Abby had 20 friends here. They only stayed until 10:00 but I am beat. No major traumas thank goodness. dh and I had to keep coming up with excuses to go down stairs (not that we need one but it seemed more pleasant. they knew we were just checking on things).
Good group of kids.
dh left today for denver:( I hate when he travels.
the kids and I are taking my sister out for a birthday dinner tonight.
I have been working on my in laws scrapbook (from the cruise we took in July) and being rather productive today.
Ladies I finally finished my MFT creation for this months challenge! Girl's Night Out...it turned out a little cuter than I thought, but it still works!
