Power Stamping: Streamlining the process?

I can't find the osw templates.... what am I doing wrong?

I tell all my stampin' friends the wisest thing I have ever done stamping wise is to take a sheet of each color CS and cut it in half. I keep them in color family order on my desk so I always have two cards already cut and ready to go. Also helps to see which colors go together in a big way instead of my 2 inch by 3 inch color sampler.

I refill as needed and as time allows.
