Where'd it go?

Has anyone had uploads disappear on them?? I uploaded 2 cards last night, checked them both in my gallery and the main uploads for yesterday and they were both there. Now one of them is gone. POOF! Where'd it go?

Yep...there is a whole thread on it in another forum. Usually it's because they had the same name as another upload you had earlier. That was my problem anyway. I renamed them with unique names and they stayed where they were supposed to.
