Congrats, Liz!!! I had a difficult time choosing, but the HURRICANE curfew cards were very tempting! (Since I've sat through the curfews, too, I totally understood the need to stamp...Great luck that Liz had electricity!)
Yay, Liz! I just checked this morning and found you as today's Featured Stamper. Well-deserved! When I get home from church, first thing on my list is to take a stroll through your gallery and find some cards to CASE. This will be fun today!
Welcome back Beth ....... and congrats to you Liz for being this week's FS. So many cards to choose from but I've narrowed it down to 3. Will be back later to play.

I really got my inspiration from this card, but my computer is 2 floors down from my stamp room, and when I got back I thought gee, it doesn't look as similar as it did in my head - I feel like I should case another one and see if I get a little closer....haha....and maybe this afternoon I will....- I am always drawn to anything that looks like plaid and have been itching for the chance to try out su's new stripes and make plaid out of them......at least I got the scallop edge right, though upside down, and the ribbon, but in a slightly different place. Anyway -this card is my inspiration:
Lazy Lizard, always have wondered where you came up with that name......your gallery is wonderful and I could case a few more if I had time!! And it's true, you leave so many nice comments!! Hope you like this rendition of yours! and here it is:
WooHoo and Congratulations, Liz! I was so excited to see you as our inspiration featured stamper today. Here is the card that inspired my project today. IC144 and the Rooster
I kept the basic layout but changed the image theme and color. Come Dance with Me.
I had a wonderful time looking through Liz's gallery. I came up with several cards I intend to CASE today. The first one I picked, Bleeding Heart , became my Blossoms and Scallops. I will definitely be back again later.
Congratulations, Liz!!! I've been admiring your work for a looong time!! I'm sorry you can't be here today due to the 'weather' (boy, that's an understatement), but I hope all the cards and comments in your honor will give you some much needed spirit when you get back on-line!!
Welcome back, Beth!! It's nice to 'see' you again!!!
