pencil box template?

I swear I saw a template or instructions somewhere for an adorable little box that was open on the top (I think) and held three or so new pencils. I'd like to make them to hold halloween pencils for my son's class. It's very possible I saw this on someone's blog and just can't find my way back. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I just love this idea and will be attempting this afternoon.

I just did a tutorial for the sour cream holders with a Halloween Theme on my blog. All of my customers are from around the country, so I do my workshops on-line. They are very simple and very fast to make.

I'm glad that's it, but I only wish I had come up with the idea! LOL!
