My friend Stephanie mentioned that she'd stumbled across this thread (or one of our threads) and she said she "doesn't have the talent to come to a gathering". Would anyone like to convince her otherwise...assuming she is still dropping in and reading?

If she's really worried, she could CASE something from the gallery, but really, do you remember when I was a newbie-or Nancy, and of course there is Michele. All of us were newbies at one time and we are NOT judgemental. We just like stamping with friends.

We all started someplace and most of us learn best by stamping with others. Everyone has something unique (and wonderful) to offer! And we really are a friendly bunch (or I wouldn't drive so far to be with y'all )
If she is really worried she should look in my gallery - most of my cards are quick and easy and don't use lots of supplies (not 'coz I don't have lots but 'coz I am a lazy stamper!)

Your gift was just fine! You should have seen how I screwed up my project while stamping with friends a few weeks ago! Just ask Jeannette about it in Nov. She brought a project for us to do....and we all kinda screwed up but at least hers and another lady's were SALVAGEABLE! Mine was in pieces and we laughed SO hard!
Linda..... sorry I haven't sent in my stuff yet.... I've devoted ALL of my free time to my class reunion that was this weekend. YES, we had an AWESOME TIME. Now I just need about 3 weeks to recover!! I hurt everywhere, I'm too old for this nonsense.
The form is in my pile of "bills to pay"... and yes, I've neglected them too!! Oopsie!

can't she stamp w/ you one day. make her swap. then work on her shoebox. she will see it isn't hard. and then she can come join the fun!

and now she is on design teams. plus designing her own stamp set!
