HI Girls! Well only 2 days left is the work week! So happy about that!
Today was ok - Still not feeling 100% pulled something in my neck! :(
But I did go check on my cards today and in 1 week I sold 8- That means 45$ was waiting for me
That helped to make my day better! Also came home to 2 swaps wait for me! That always puts a smile on my face

Elizabeth, hope you are feeling better, take it easy.
Ok, even though physically I was feeling better, today was a HORRID day at work. I got a very attacking email from a co-worker, that I was mad and extremely upset about. Remember I started working in the Greensburg office, well, the people there are of a different breed of therapists, so not professional. Anyhow, in my response, I used my best interpersonal skills, was not defensive, was very validating towards her, and copied it to both our supervisors. BUT I"M STILL FRIGGIN PISSED. My co-worker just keeps telling me that she probably just feels threatened by me and my program I started.
So I won't be on much tonight, gonna do some scrapbooking/stamping to get my mind off of it.

HUGS Joy! It's amazing ~ Those co-workers seem to show up no matter where you work (I received a threatening e-mali about 6 months ago ~ took it to management and they did nothing!) So feel for ya sweetie! HUGS! Now go get your stamping therapy...
Okay ladies, I am signing off for the night, my back is still tight on me, and I need my BEAUTY SLEEP for tomorrow night ;) I'll be by tomorrow night after the show with all the mushy (yea right!) details!
Joy, Elizabeth, LJ, and Yvonne, I hope that you all get to feeling better. Hugs to you.
I think I am going to go to bed early tonight since I had an early morning and now both of my kids had a fever when they went to bed so it is promising to be a long night. I will chat with you all tomorrow.

Yep. He's very energetic. We saw him perform not terribly long ago... wasn't quite what I expected, but the kids in the audience got quite a kick out of it. He's definitely original!
I appreciate that he has a moral lesson, but it was a bit too much for me.
The only family performer that sways into religious topics that I ( Chris hates her music, but the kids and I adore her, so majority wins ) allow into the house is Carol Johnson ( and we don't have her devotional works, just the peppy family & kids stuff ).
I grew up on her saccharin sweet folk music - she was the local kids' performer... still is, though she's a senior citizen now so she performs less often.

I'm on vacation, I expect a phone call even though it will be late, I'll answer. This is so exciting!

And for all you with lil ones.... SING TO YOURSELF!!!!!! I'm now MUCH more "cultured" with songs like, "Drop it likes it's Hot" "Booty Smackin" and some ol School Sugarhill Gang.....;)
Hmmm. Might have to find a little diddy to stick in your ears.....

Take care ladies, and sleep sound, I can hear you all snoring from here....;)
Good morning ladies! I still have one little one with a fever this morning but right now he is happy watching Blues Clues and sitting with hs trains so I am trying to get caught up on my threads and maybe get a few more Butterflies cut out for my Bio cards. I really thought I would be done withthem by now but I keep changing them around and adding things to make it harder on myself but I am getting there.

Things not so pleasant here either. It's rainy and gloomy, and I can't even stay home and stamp. Today will be my second day in a row subbing (job doesn't start until 10 a.m.--not too bad!). To all of you ladies raising young girls--enjoy these years. Teenage years can be much worse! Liz (our 16 year old granddaughter that we are raising) goes from being the sweetest child on earth to being the nastiest. Today is the nasty phase!!!!! When I am able to think back on these days, sure hope that I can remember the wonderful three weeks out of the month--and not these times:( Hats off to all mothers--it is the hardest job in the world!!!!!
One, two, three o'clock, four o'clock, rock,
Five, six, seven o'clock, eight o'clock, rock,
Nine, ten, eleven o'clock, twelve o'clock, rock,
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight.
Put your glad rags on and join me, hon,
We'll have some fun when the clock strikes one,
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight,
We're gonna rock, rock, rock, 'til broad daylight.
We're gonna rock, gonna rock, around the clock tonight.
When the clock strikes two, three and four,
If the band slows down we'll yell for more,
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight,
We're gonna rock, rock, rock, 'til broad daylight.
We're gonna rock, gonna rock, around the clock tonight.
(1st guitar solo)
When the chimes ring five, six and seven,
We'll be right in seventh heaven.
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight,
We're gonna rock, rock, rock, 'til broad daylight.
We're gonna rock, gonna rock, around the clock tonight.
When it's eight, nine, ten, eleven too,
I'll be goin' strong and so will you.
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight,
We're gonna rock, rock, rock, 'til broad daylight.
We're gonna rock, gonna rock, around the clock tonight.
(2nd guitar solo)
When the clock strikes twelve, we'll cool off then,
Start a rockin' round the clock again.
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight,
We're gonna rock, rock, rock, 'til broad daylight.
We're gonna rock, gonna rock, around the clock tonight
hi girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ugh, is it Friday yet? Well the saga about the co-worker, last night I sent her a nice email and informed her that after thinking about it, information had probably gotten lost along the way and that my door was always open for her to come talk to me and that I wanted to work together to come up with a process that would best help the clients. She emailed me back and said that after thinking about it, I wasn't on the Greensburg staff mailing list and that I did miss a lot of information and she would have me added. So, it is a little better. I don't want to go postal anymore. Like ya'll care, but anyhow, makes my day more do-able.
I think I'm gonna make a trip to the PO today, so some hos will be getting some of my swaps!
Joy, almost... for me today is the first day of Preschool for the boys...yesterday was meet the teacher...so DH is coming home in a bit to follow me up there so we can take them together...then I think we will do a late lunch at McD's to celebrate...hopefully I can get some stuff accomplished while they are there starting next week!!!

HA...my tween is really pissy around this time. She's rolling her eyes, slamming doors, fighting with siblings...I could lock her up in a closet...but then that would just make her happy...lol. Right before her period she gets SO EMO!!! UGH!!! Her hair is in her face, she has her hoodie on, listens to depressing music...UGH! Imagine 2 PMSing "women" in the house...oh the earful the neighbors get! :? LOL! Menopause bring it on! I'm already getting hot flashes and other menopausal "symptoms" might as well just bring it! LOL!
Anywho...I haven't had my coffee...so I'm delirious! I'll go grab that and smoke me a cig and chill with my stamping supplies! Need to finish up some swaps so I can work on another project I have.
DJ...did my info cards make it to ya already?
Roberta...I'm done with my Halloween stuff and will have it out by Tuesday if not earlier.
KJ...I signed up for that DT thing you PM'd me...fingers crossed! I just signed up for the month guest DT though...I don't want to overwhelm myself.
I was hoping to become a Hanna DT member...or even MFT...(love acrylics) and their stamps! With so many swaps I'm in right now though...I don't even want to apply...I want to make sure I'm only focused on that if I was to get picked...we'll see!!!
Will check back later! I'm going to post the list of the SU markers/Prisma match in the next post if anyone is interested! I'm gonna also look in the forums where I can post it as well!

I feel like if I have water stuck in the tubes and the aching and ringing sound...OUCH! I took some Tylenol to ease the pain some so I can make it to the hospital without crying. SO...my stamping plans went down south! :( Oh well...me first huh? I'll be back later on tonight with news of what's up.
