Which Gray Copics??
I'm getting ready to order some more copics...Which Grays would you choose? I can only afford to get 4 or 5 (grays). I want them for shadowing, but also to color animals (like a cat). Please help...I'm really confused there are a LOT of grays!
Thanks in advance!!!
Lisa
Here's a link to Marianne's blog ~~ she posted about gray Copics a couple of weeks ago, it may help you! (check her archives on the right for that specific post)
I don't know if this will help or not, but W1 closely resembles Sahara Sand, C1 is a little lighter than going gray, and C5 is about the shade the of basic gray. Those are the only 3 I have, but hope it helps. If I get a few more grays, it will be W2 and C3 to coordinate with these shades and then a couple N colors in sequential order, closer to the lighter end.
When I buy grays I start in the middle and go with the 3's in the cool and warm shades. Then I know if I need to go darker or lighter I just go and get the 1 or the 5.
I really love warm greys, I have W0, W1, W2 and W4, and I use them all a lot. I also like C1 and C3.
I have also N7, which I like to use instead of black.
