Perhaps she doesn't know that your SCS PMs can be downloaded and saved (in a choice of formats). Or is it her private email that is full (Yahoo and most others have unlimited space).
Michele - send me an email (not a PM) if you need help and I can some screenshots in Word and email them back to you.
When does the retired stamps list come out? I can't believe it's time for a new book already.
Michele - did you clean out your email yet. The last time I sent you something it said you were over your quota. Just thought I'd let you know.
Thanks:
Wendy
Retired list comes out Monday!!!:p The new catalog doesn't start until August 11th though:(
I got a message saying that my email was full... it always is. Adelphia doesn't let you have much in there, so 1 picture and it's basically full. I only have 4 messages in their right now, but if you are trying to send a big file, it will say full:rolleyes:

I remembered that I can't post a picture of a SU set (tried that before) due to copyright laws.:o

Oh lookie that... guess I should read all posts before replying! Off to look now.
thanks tina! It's my sucky private email:rolleyes:
You're welcome! Sorry your private email is sucky (I use Yahoo which is okay most of the time until the last year or so when they keep making updates and whenever DH updates our virus protection something inevitable changes on Yahoo but overall I am very happy and glad there is no storage limit 'coz I hate deleting messages)
PS - New title (Watercolor Wizard) in 38 more posts!
or you could save little bits of it to add up to enough by then:p
Nah... see... it doesn't work that way in the summer! We get one big check next week that has to hold us until we go back to school in September... it is the same amount of money as we would get every other week, but somehow it doesn't work out as smoothly as getting paid more often!!! But I am doing some work through the ARC, so maybe that money can be put aside.
Hi All.....I followed a siggy link since I would love to come up, but mapquest tells me it is a 5 hour drive for me....and I can just imagine what DH would say if I told him I was driving up to scrap....

Have fun! I am jealous!!
Hey Judy ... don't let the drive deter you. I can't go to this gathering but I've driven 4hours + 15 minutes (twice) to stamp with these fun and talented ladies. I was lucky enough to be able to stay overnight ... not sure if that is possible for you.
Even at $4.29 a gallon it is worthwhile but perhaps these future gatherings will be better for you (I always hope I can go to all of them but my personal life gets crazy starting in Sept and ... stays crazy until January.) Here are the dates and locations (all in NY):
9/20 - Rochester
10/4 - Albany
11/1 - Syracuse
Of course it is too early to start threads for these events but if you periodically check the Get-It-Together forum we (collectively) do a good job of making sure we're on the first page.
And there is a stamp show (by Heirloom Productions) in Rhinebeck, NY (Fri 9/19 ... at least I think classes are scheduled for Friday evening; Sat 9/20 and Sun 9/21).
I have gone at least one day (usually both) since 2005 (maybe 2004 ... my remember is busted) and hope to be there again this year. Our nephew and his wife are expecting their first child around that time and if he/she arrives early that might be the weekend we get invited to meet the 'lil darling.
I always meet someone I "know" - sometimes for the first time. Last year met an SCSer from Alabama that was visiting her mother (another SCSer) that lives upstate.
Rhinebeck is only about an hour's drive for me so I come home and go back the next day but it is a quaint town and there is an Aerodome that might be interesting for your Dh and any kids so it could sorta be a mini family vacation. Just google "Heirloom Productions" and "Rhinebeck Aerodome" for more info.
Tina, are you taking over Gayla's ambassador duties?? What a great job you did! I really want to go to Rhinebeck this year. It's ***way*** bigger than what I just saw in Syracuse, right?

I think we are all ambassadors!
In comparison to 2 other shows I attended by a different production company, Rhinebeck is fairly small (but those shows were in areas with bigger populations: Hartford, CT and Smithtown, Long Island).
I think the Syracuse show was done by the same folks doing Rhinebeck but each show is different because the vendors vary.
You'll probably see different vendors (such as D.R.S. Designs which is based in CT) that are closer to Rhinebeck.

Ah, thank you darling, you are a wealth of info. I thought Syracuse was smaller this year.... maybe because they did it on Memorail Day weekend (morons!)>

Actually, I think Syracuse was NOT done by Heirloom, but by "rubber stamp and scrapbook conventions" or a similar name. The first year, they did it at the State Fairgrounds and it was packed...lots of people and jammed into a small space. 2 years ago (I think they may have skipped a year, or at least I did) it was at the OnCenter and it was much larger than this year and no beads. Last year was bigger than this year but seemed a little smaller than the year before, because they had the bead people there too.
this year was a disappointment to me...:(
I see that there is a gathering in Rochester September 20 and that happens to be my weekend off, so I may go to that rather than Syracuse in August. It's much closer for me, and my two 'hoped for' riders didn't materialize. Summers are always busy for me anyway, so this will work out better.
If I lived in CNY I would plan an overnighter (possibly Friday and Saturday depending on if there are classes of interest and affordability).
Depending on the room rate it might be cheaper for me to bunk with someone than to drive to-and-fro both days (but I can if there isn't any room and this is assuming a baby's arrival doesn't interfere with my stamping plans)

That will probably be most reasonable for you Ina... but I'm sorry we won't see you in August!! :( I was just admiring your two pocket card, thanks SO MUCH for including the pattern! Very helpful for the spatially challenged like myself.
