Can you buy just the acrylic blocks from CMTH? Also, HOW to unmount? Zap in micro? Do you leave the foam on the rubber and then apply to EZ Mount (or other)? I saw that one of the posts talked about using Ailene's on just the rubber. Don't you need some cushioning?

I zap them in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds. I haven't taken the foam off any. I just put the Tack It Over and Over on the sticky backing of the foam.

I'm glad someone asked the question. I bought some EZ Mount but haven't gotten the nerve to unmount any of my wood mounts yet. I think I'm going to just unmount some retired sets I have that I don't think I'll ever want to sell. I figured the value decreases if they are unmounted. I love the idea of more space, but just can bring myself to take the plunge yet. Since I'm considering becoming a SU Demo, I won't dare unmount current stamp sets.
