Question Picking and shipping
Just wondering if anyone knows whether or not there's a delay in picking and shipping from SU?

My SAB order was submitted a week ago and I don't have a clue whether or not it has shipped yet (My demo has been out of town).

I think the average picking time right now is 2-3 business days (although with it being SAB season that time can be as long as 3-4 business days). The last two orders I put in took three business days to pick -- submitted on Saturday, shipped the following Wednesday, and arrived the Wednesday after that. It takes a solid week for UPS ground to get here to the mid-Atlantic coast from Utah.
