Just so that you know Phebe I would not come on her to sabatoge you as you so call it. What happened between us as i see it is between us. I wouldn't come on here to try and hurt your business. I wish you the best of luck with it.

Just saw this thread..my experience with townscrapper was not good..sorry i am not a basher..but my questions went unanswered from you..replies were only words like"i told you they were in route"
next e-mail..after i aplogized to you if you thought i was impatient..but again!! i asked you..all i wanted to know WAS..how i would go about ordering from you..i never once asked..when they would be here in either letter..only wanting to know how i would order from you..your reply?.."you will have to wait for them on any other site "..not the answer i wanted thank-you.. i found you rude..sorry, but I am the client and i am doing YOU the favor of giving you my business..
This last and final e-mail from you ..was that you had 487 orders??? and only 17o..something coming?? pleaseee..i don't think so..i have blocked you now..and have taken my business to Dreamcottage..they will be well worth the wait..from someone who wants my business..
I speak for myself..your replies here have been very childish..not the way to do business..not with me anyway.....Gail

I have a few Magnolias that I bought from the Town Scrapper. I was happy with their customer service - in fact right after I emailed placing an order she called me to take my card over the phone and I had the stamps within 3 or 4 days I think (I am on the east coast too).

I really love the European style of stamps and would love to find another favorite brand too - Stangeeld or something? Ahh I can't remember the name now. But wow they are cute.

I have only made a couple of cards with the Magnolias, but they can be seen here:

I must warn you it was day one of my Cricut and I wanted to use EVERYTHING and was trying the Euro style on top of that and failed miserably on one LOL...

Emma I just went to dreamcottage - there is a link to click that says HOW TO BY that will take you to the stamps, or there is another link in the center of the page where it has the sping 2008 stamps. It is a bit hard to navigate but once you get the hang of it it will work. You need to select your currency and use the drop boxes then its all good.

HOW CUTE ARE THE NEW STAMPS? oh my goshhhhhhhhh why did I go look I am in such trouble with DH already eek

hi everyone
i too have had a great experience and nothing but great service from the town scrapper.

Perhaps we should put ourselves in her shoes having many who ask the same question daily and how she knows just as much as we do . i believe her she does do her best to answer us all.

well i am very loyal to you and i appreciate you .
thanks for all you do

I have been dealing with The Town Scrapper for about 6 months, and Phebe is THE BEST person to deal with!!! I am in Alberta and she has been nothing but professional, friendly and accomodating in every aspect of her business!! Her emails are timely and informative. The time frame for receiving Magnolia's from SWEDEN can take weeks......I have a friend in Scotland who ordered them and it took over a week to get to her and she is right close!!! So if you think about it, they have to get from Sweden to Ontario, then put into her inventory, THEN shipped out to wherever you are!!! Have a little patience!! Good things come to those that wait!!!

If you are trying to slander and destroy someone's reputation, then you need to get a life!!! Seriously!!!

(but congrats on your quick order from Magnolia - I prefer to deal with Phebe!!!)

Default 2 1/2 weeks!!

With all the issues in this thread, I have to say that I had an all around great experience. I ordered from Magnolia and had the stamps in 2 1/2 weeks. For an overseas company, that is better than some American countries!!
