Default Question about uploaded cards.

I don't know how to contact whoever it is that takes care of upload cards. About 4 hours ago I uploaded a card and have not heard anything about it yet. I has not been accepted yet. It went through fine with no problems. I have never had this happen, usually they respond and accept the cards I have uploaded previously, in less than 30min. Does anyone know where I am supposed to post this or who I ask?
Thanks for any help,
Andy

Never mind, it just went through, but it would be nice to know how to or who I contact in future about questions like this.

All cards are approved by Jenn, Beate and possibly Daven. On the weekends it can take longer for cards to be approved because of schedules & family time. So if there is a delay there was nothing you did or can do. Just wait and know as soon as they are able they will approve your cards.

thanks Amy!!!
The cards are indeed approved by a person, so if it takes a while it is because that person has not had a chance to do it yet. I know on weekdays Jenn and Beate get up and do a lot of uploads early in the morning.

Thanks for sharing your artwork in the gallery.

I didn't know how it was done, it certainly is understandable, they need some time to do other things.
Do they have a Pm so we can just ask them a question without having to leave a post?
Thank you girls for the information, I was in the dark.

Hi there! Yes, usually I'm here all day. Beate approves first thing in the morning, and we try to stay on top of the approvals all day. Today was a busy day, though, for both of us!

If you see your upload pending in your gallery, you can be sure that it will be up soon.

It just means that they are working on them to Ok them. Usually on a Saturday it takes longer. I think they may go out do some shopping or whatever is they need to do on Saturdays.
