Does anyone know where I can find a template or instructions how to make one of these? TIA

The easiest way to describe how to do this is:

Quarter an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of (stamped if you like) card stock. Each quarter will be its own container.

Using sticky strip, or a strong adhesive, seal the longer sides together. You will end up with what looks like an empty roll of toilet paper.

Then, adhere one of the circular ends closed. I like to crimp it after I seal it closed. You will have one closed end and one open end. Put treats inside.

Now, slightly twist the top and close as desired. I like to punch holes and tie with a ribbon.
