I've lived her for over ten years now, and I know that *many* of us are bemoaning the lack of stamp stores. I personally always wished there was one nearby just so they could host an annual stamper's sale. ;) Well, turns out we don't need a stamp store!
Christian Life Center (in Bensalem) has an active stamping/scrapping group, and they're going to host a Savvy Scrampers Sale on Saturday, Sept 8. It will run from 9-2, and is a great chance to come pick up some bargains. I personally have a huge stash that I've been working on purging, and will probably have two tables worth of goodies (including SU stamps as well as tons of others - even UM, scrapbook paper, embellishments, etc). Post here or PM me if you want more details. I'm so excited about this - and just hoping I can sell more than I buy!! :twisted:
(On a side note, if you'd like to participate, the funds raised from the table cost will be going to their youth ministry. But the $$ from everything you sell is all yours. Much better route than listing on eBay!)
I'm so excited. I'm only 15 minutes away! Can't wait to check out everyone's stash! Will this be mainly stamping/scrapping supplies or also completed projects, cards, etc.?
I wish I could come! I live in the Lehigh Valley but we have an out of town wedding that weekend. I'll keep my eyes open for the next time you post about a cool event like this. I have a ton of stuff I could unload
OH BOY... I WANT to come I lived in Bensalem until 15 years ago and now live in NC... wish they had that group when I was around... although come to think of it I didnt start stamping or scrapping til about 10 years ago...

One final bump - the sale is tomorrow! I personally have three tables, including Primas, BasicGrey paper, ink pads, magazines, and 1 table of just SU stamps. Come help me out!!! :mrgreen:
Man, I wanted to come soooo badly. Unfortunately, it's football kickoff day, and my cheerleader daughter is booked from 9:20-4, and DS has his first soccer game at 10. I'm going to have to figure out how to be in 2 places at once, and I'm sure I can't do 3.
