I think it will stay super-hot as long as 3/4 of the clothing in the stores is brown (which is what I found yesterday when I went clothes-shopping!). Then it might calm down a little, but still stay popular for a long time.
HA! When I read your title I thought it was about UPS! I was wondering if SU would start using FedEx. I know Pampered Chef has. You can see where my mind is!

I think Brown is cool BTW... But then again, I'm a BROWNs fan, too :-D Brown goes great with Orange!
Well, from the posts here, it looks like as long as SU sells shades of brown that they'll have a market for it! That's good because I'm just getting into brown and am starting to use it more....

I think the trend for pink and brown will eventually go out of style (sadly :() but, on reflection, there are so many more ways to use brown that it could be around for a lot longer. Isn't it time we had an animal print revival? Or did it never go away - was it just me? :?
Get your rocks and garbage ready for pelting me: I voted two years from now. I placed an SU order this a.m., and I qualified for a little bit of free stuff. I went to the main catty to look at the dp, and when I came to the pink & brown, I thought to myself "mmm... starting to look dated..." I think it will remain hot for a while, but I think then it will go the way of jewel tones (remember when everything was navy, hunter green and maroon?). It will still be a classic color -- I'm not implying it will go the way of harvest gold or avacado green (which are back ) -- but I don't think it will be considered as hip as it has been.
I say this as I sit here in my brown bermuda shorts...
I voted other because there wasn't a never option. I think brown is so much richer looking than black and it doesn't seen to fade the way black clothes do. I love brown and think it will be "in" forever!! It's classic!
I think brown will never go out, same as black and white. I never used to like brown till I started stamping, and now I have to have brown everything! It is so funny, I only ever thought of brown and ivory together, but now I implement SU! colors into my wardrobe! My favorite right now is a floral dress I got from Target that is Cool Carribbean and brown, I love it! Oh, and pink, and I could go on and on!!!!!! Never wore brown till I started stamping though :0)
I am so not a what's in person,I like what I like and the rest of the world may just have to look the other way,...yes I have worn white after Labor Day.Can Not make myself wear brown but love to stamp and craft with it.
