Sometimes you have to wait until they ask for help. It is hard to feel helpless in such situations. That is how DH has felt about what his baby girl is going through right now. He just doesn't know what to do to help her because he can't just fix things for her. There is much more to it than just a quick fix...she has to want to get better and then allow us to help her, love her, and support her in whatever she persues. It's hard to step back when you realize there is nothing you can do. With our gal though we have to just keep trying...in your Mom's case I suppose pushing doesn't help matters much at all.

I am leaving next Thursday so all my stuff will be posted early...early...early next week. I will be gone all weekend...gotta leave at 5'ish (pm) Thursday. I will be home on the 1st sometime...

Morning all. Sitting with my cup-o-joe. Duncan has been whiny this morning so I'm already in a foul mood....gggrrrr On the flip side, he did make his bed and gt dressed We goto the playground this morning for a playgroup. Hopefully he'll get tuckered out and actually nap today.

I made a symapthy card with the coffee and cream challenge, uploaded that, updated my blog, and now I'm looking for ideas for a birthday card for my Dad. I need to start thinking about getting ready for work. I have to go in early for book club today.
