Fun challenge - and not all that easy ! Kept wanting to add a little splash of color somewhere! I used the retired snowflake vellum on this, but it doesn't show well in the scan-

Sorry about the cruddy scan. I'm having a major war with my photo program this morning (I think it's winning).
Anyways, here's mine:

I made a card this morning for this challenge but am not going to upload it. My DDIL's 29 year old brother lost his battle with cancer this weekend. The card is a sympathy card for the family and for whatever reason I just can't bring myself to upload it. It is a sooty card stamped with Terrific Tulips.. All black and white as most sooty cards are.
Cherish life my dear friends....

I made this sympathy card and as I am uploading it, I've just heard about the tragedy in PA - another school shooting. Such a sad day again for so many families. God bless their sorrows.

I thought this would be easier...I am happy with the flower but not my layout. Started out with something else entirely, but this is what it grew into. Oh well, my first challenge. It is hard to post since I'm not totally thrilled, but here goes.

I love using monochromatic colors when stamping; 'tis easier on my aesthetically-challenged brain than using two or three different colors. Besides, I love the look!

Okay, this would have been WAY better if I had craft black (do they make that - gotta check), but anyway, here it is - I couldn't resist this challenge.
