I'm so excited...my holiday mini order is here! I can finally CASE all the super cards in the gallery. I HAD to get all the ribbon, 2 of each of the Holiday Thyme paper, and the Halloween paper, Snow Flurries,Perfect Endings, Jolly Tree wheel, Think Big (LOVE this set), the ATC board books--I really want to do a Thru the Years Halloween book for each of my kids like the sample on page 21. If that goes ok-I think I will need to do one for each using their school pictures and their Christmas pictures.(Ambitious!) I didn't get the ribbon holder but after reading the reviews, that will be on my next order. I'm most excited about getting Riveting the hostess set. There are soooo many cards in the gallery that use this set---Love it!!!

Wow, you bought almost all the same stuff as me...I like that Jolly Tree wheel, though the set that matches is not on my list, so I didn't buy it. But then I got a swap from my group that uses that wheel and it's just DARLING. So I think I might just have to get it on my next order!
I'm working on a Halloween book using the Bitty Book...it's coming out SO cute! The size just makes it precious! I have pictures of my kids at a Halloween party a couple of years ago, so I printed them off on my PictureMate in wallet and mini wallet size so they would fit on the little pages.
I love the Holiday Mini, too. I made a Bitty Book with the new Holiday Thyme paper. It was sooo much fun to make and the guests at my last two workshops have loved it. The stitched grosgrain ribbon in the In Colors is awesome - and so accessible in my new ribbon keeper! I've used Ornamassortment a ton (I even won a "Molly" with it )
I just ordered another Bitty Book and hope to order much more before the end of November comes around. SU! Minis are so much fun!

I am attaching a picture of my first bitty Book, I made it for my Mom and I am going to put some pictures of her, her sister (who passed away this year) and her brother in it and give it to her for Christmas.
Have fun with all your new stuff! I got a big order yesterday too and mounted them all last night -- my hands were sore by the time I was done. Be sure to post some of your creations!
I forgot to mention how much I love having the 3x3 notecards around to tack on a gift or gift bag. And since I saw Sue's (jsbrooktrout) pumpkin card in the Dirty Dozen gallery, I also think "Think Big" is a must-have.
I try to limit my mini purchases but did spring for the Snow Flurries set, the Cranberry Stitched Grosgrain ribbon and the Halloween DP....have fun with all of your new goodies! Isn't new rubber so much fun?!
I'm going to have a tantrum till I have the Best Fiends set! ;)

That's what I really like about the Holiday Thyme paper; if you like blue, there is some blue in there so not everything has to be red and green! And it's not so holiday specific that you couldn't use some of the paper for other projects.
And while that diagonal stripe is just a little too too :mrgreen: for me, I can always use the other side, which I do like. ANd that diagonal is nice when it is used in small amounts.

I have found that the Halloween sets really hold their value. I know these two sets (Best Fiends and Just Between Fiends) will be hot sellers on Ebay once they retire, so I figured, why not?
I have to laugh, though...my best hostess just ordered both of them because she loves Halloween stamps more than anybody and she wrote "Friends" instead of "Fiends" in both places on her order form! :mrgreen:

I love lots of things in the Holiday Mini. So far, I've limited myself to the Halloween paper, Ornamassortment (is that spelled incorrectly), Snow Flurries and Thoroughly Thankful. But, for my next quarter order, I'm going for some ribbon and paper. The books are taunting me as well. SIGH And I was being so good. :rolleyes:

That is too funny, I have sold five of these sets so far and only one person spelled it Fiends
I just love the paper too! I think I am going to have to order another packet or 2!
I think I need to send my Cranberry ribbon back though. It is very brown and a bit faded looking. I would not call it a Cranberry color at all since I expected a deep blue red. Do you think it is defective?
Since I just started in June, I'm still REALLY struggling just to have enough cardstock/inks and such to be prepared for workshops, so I'm being extremely disciplined with my orders, but man oh man, the latest mini is seriously tempting the sensible side of me!!

I just ordered all three of the stitched ribbons (totally fantastic ribbon!), the itty bitty book and the Holiday Paper. I so can't wait to see it all!
LOVE the holiday mini...I have ordered a couple of things so far and I am ordering a lot more too. There isn't much that I don't like in this mini....lol.
I am in love with all the Halloween paper!! I don't do much with Halloween, but I am going to make really cute trick or treats with them for the little kiddies!!
I just placed a big order and I can't wait to get the double sided designer paper Holiday Thyme!! My customers have expressed interest in me demonstrating with items from the new Mini Catalog in their up coming workshops. I think that Think Big is going to be a BIG hit...heheehee
Not a halloween fan but I ordered a bunch of Christmas stuff. I am in LOVE with the Holiday double sided paper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the stitched ribbon is just way too cute. I have an order going in tonight and I am afraid all three rolls will find their way in... and I am right on the edge teetering over Think Big. Oh, what the heck. I'm gonna go for it! hee hee! You guys are enablers!!!

I have already ordered the halloween paper, best fiends, and snowflake flurries and true thyme ribbon (3 of us are doing a swapp with the ribbon) out of the mini. I will within the next couple of months be getting the think big, Christmas paper, and possibly the bitty board book. I cannot believe just how much I am getting out of this mini...I just love it all.
I was ready for this mini, I ended up not getting anything but paper from the summer mini (gasp) but of course I hit the new catty stuff instead! LOL I don't send any Halloween cards, usually, but there's still some really nice stuff in this mini. I LOVE the holiday paper! I have all the stitched ribbon already, already have Wishing You and Perfect Ending.
And I chuckle every time I open it to page 11, and say to myself in a childish voice, "I bright." LOL
I want Think Big because of a RAK I got, and might get Snow Flurries.

Ooooooooooo, I used my Thyme stitched ribbon last night and my friends are gonna love it! I did have one more wish -- that they'd put the ribbon out in Marigold. It is such a pretty color.
I love 'Think Big'. I just made a set of thank you cards and love them. Now I need to figure out how to upload cards. (One step at a time). The new 'in color' ribbons are wonderful. I want some of each 'in color'.
I ordered three packs of the Halloween Paper - I LOVE IT! I really like "Think BIG" too ... have you SEEN the Gallery here? I also got the Medium and Large Ribbon Keepers and I'm about to order more - they rock ... my ribbons are finally organized and I can actually see what I have!
It's a really awesome mini - I have had to exercise some restraint which is hard for me because ... as usual ... I want it ALL!!
I loved this mini!!! I'm totally loving my Best Fiends and Just Between Fiends!!!! But then, I'm a sucker for Halloween sets. lol I also love my Perfect Endings and Snow Flurries, but havn't used them much yet, will have to get on that! I really need to try out the ribbon holders, I'm so tired of my ribbon unraveling in my ornanemt box!!!!!!
