Where do you all find the quotes you use in your signiture line? I have a pretty good one that I had for a few weeks. I saw it in the weekly newsletter that gets sent home with my boys from preschool. But I just discovered someone else is now using the same one, which I find to be a bit annoying. Now I want to change mine. Any help on where to look?
Thanks, Grace! I did like it, too, but now I don't. You know, it's like when you have something new and different and you really like it until you see someone else with the exact same thing. I just want to be different.
I wanted to have a quote from my favorite movie so I searched quotes for that movie. You can even just search for signature quotes. try www.coolsig.com
happy days

Thanks, skydiverwife, for the link! I was reading some of the military ones to my DH (we're Air Force) when it dawned on me: use the squadron slogan! It'll be interesting to see how many members know what it means.
Well I for one wouldn't know where to begin...Let others guess but if you would please PM me ... My Mother and Father we in the Canadian Navy during WWII but other than that I've never really been close to the services lingo.

If You Are A..... You Are S.....
Am I right so far? I just have to figure out the last two words. :?
After seeing Keri's post, I think it must be "If you ain't Air Force, you ain't s---!"

Keri, you're right! I actually thought twice about using it because of the bad word, but I am proud to be an ammo wife!
I do love MommmyOfTwins' version, though. It would be interesting to see all the different spins other members put on it.
Well that and My DH is in the AF and he knew there were "Friday Patches" with that on them and he just could not remember what it stood for! LOL

Totally understand...I'm kinda like that too.

I get my quote ideas from novelty gift catalogs, like "The Lighter Side" and "What In The World". The T-shirts and other items have some pretty funny sayings on them. I use the sayings in the cards I make.
One of my favorite lines is something I saw on a kids t-shirt - "you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted and used against you."
Sometimes that is the story of my life. Does this count for hijaking - I think it all ties in quite well.
rainy days here
