I love this challenge Julia and hope to have time to play tonight.
In the meantime here is one from my gallery that shows many uses for small stamps. I really love to use them for the 4.25 square cards that Jen70 introduced me to. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I did this one for the sketch challenge yesterday, or should I say last night.
The images work for this challenge. I am going to do another one because I have a hard time using small stamps and rarely buy them. Thanks for looking!
[QUOTE=pfamilygal]Here's my first. I made myself use Marigold and I'm not sure about this color? What the heck does it go with?QUOTE]
Not to hijack, but try bordering blue or brocade blue. They look beautiful together. Also so saffron.
This is my first one for today and I used a new little set from TAC called Hip, Hip...I need to use more of my small little stamps more often...thanks Julia for doing this for me w/this challenge!
I just have a question/wanting to make something clear. I've seen this done before but I just read that Julia wanted posts to NEW CARDS only.. I thought the challenges were to make a new card, and post what you did. Sorry if this is a little B----y but I find it confusing when I go to look for your guys' brand new creations and you've linked an old card. thanx for hearing me. ;)

Here's my card for today's challenge. I also combined this week's colors from Tuesday's challenge. I used small gardening stamps from Hero Arts for the background. I've never used them as background-actually, I tend to forget that I have these little ones-and I like how it turned out. It's a good thing for these challenges b/c it makes me use some stuff that I've forgotten about!
Here is my attempt. I didn't really have any SU! small stamps, so I used some Hero Arts ones. Thanks for the challenge, Julia!!! I really needed the push to use these cuties. (I have only used them once in 4 years!!!!) COFFEE
Great challenge! I am at work.. so I cannot play right now...*sigh* But here is a few cards using the tiny shamrock from "tag time" that I thought turned out pretty cute.
This one uses a small stamp as the background and another small one as the focal point in faux postage - from Holiday Sampler. And as a bonus was inspired by Joan (SheStampsHeCamps)!
I made this last night, and posted it this morning before I read the challenge. But it fits perfectly...so I will include it. I have alot of little stamps, it's great to see how to use them! You ideas are all so wonderful.... Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
this was a lot of fun!! thank you for the ideas on how to use small stamps. it really helped get me motivated to do something that i probably would have shyed (sp??) away from in the past. here is my 'happier tag'....
