I don't have enough room on my table to snack but I usually have water- and if it's in the evening time (after dinner) I may have a glass of wine. ;) If I am stamping with a group of people, though I like to snack. But I usually stop and snack, then stamp, then stop and snack. I guess I don't like to have food around my stamping supplies. I never thought about it before. LOL.
I always have a bottle of water with the cap snapped down then if it get knocked over it doesn't spill. I do snack on Starburst jelly beans or fruit chews. If I snack bigger than those - chips, cookies, etc. I surf and snack.

I almost always have a glass of Chocolate milk. I will also snack on whatever we have in the house... candy, chips, (junk food). I guess that is why I have gained so much weight this summer.

I have a stash of Dark Chocolate M&M's in my studio that I will snack on when I need brain food. I will also drink Coke Zero in there but I keep it on a coaster well away from my work surface.
never food. usually a glass of wine or water/iced tea. Unfortunately the glasses sweat in this heat so I always have a small towel handy to sop up the condensation.
Great question! In the winter I usually have a cup of cappuccino and in the summer a glass of Crystal Light. I also love those Hershey Nuggets (Creamy Milk Chocolate with Almonds and Toffee), but they don't last long. I keep the paper on, so I don't get dirty fingers! No, I don't eat the paper!!!
I don't get to stamp as often as I like. If I am crafting at home, it is usually a cup of hot tea or some ice water that I keep on a shelf about my workspace. I generally don't snack at the desk at home (will get up for a break in another room.) However, when I get together with stamping friends and we are having a "stamping event" then we have to have M&Ms. They told me that it wouldn't be stamping if we didn't have M&Ms. Of course we usually have some pretzles and a couple of other non-greasy snack items too.

You bet I do. I actually have a "secret" shelf in a cabinet where I hide my favorite chocolates or candy in! Well it is not a secret to me but it is to the rest of my family. I also love my iced tea and coffee too. I have never spilt it yet but of course now that I have said it, I will probably spill next time I stamp. Oh well, worth the cause!
If stamping at home, no. I want to make sure my hands and fingers are clean and dry. It's very easy to leave marks on your papers (even from the oil that you naturally have on your hands). I may have something to drink handy but I'm extra careful with that, since I tend to spill things.
When my monthly stamping group gets together, we do potluck and sometimes we have snack food. But we usually take a break for lunch and eat away from our projects.
No snacking. Stamping is my anti-snack! When I get absorbed in a project, I am not eating and that's a good thing! ! Besides, like many of you, I don't want to risk getting food debris on my creations.
I'm trying to break the habit again. Last winter making nugget boxes and m&m treats I ate more than my share of both of those and my summer clothes don't fit as well as I would like now. ;) I also like twizzlers. They're non-greasy and not as much fat content as the chocolate but still not a good idea from a weight watching perspective. You lose track when you're so busy and I could easily eat a bag of twizzlers in a late night session of stamping. I "have" to have a diet coke nearby but it almost always gets warm while I am working.
Never, I would be to afraid of getting crumbs in my ink, spilling beverage on my paper, making card's for me is like surgery, we must have a clean area

No food, but I have the I think it was called sidekick or something from creative memories, that holds the drink and a tiny bag for scraps. It screws onto the table where it is actually not sitting up on top. I don't know if they even still carry this. It is so handy. Have it screwed onto the side of the table. I keep a glass of ice tea in it usually. The tiny scrap bag, I don't use. Instead I have a walmart or various other Plastic bag, but not if it had food in it. with one side taped to the front of the table right beside me to drop scraps in.
Not while I am crafting. Maybe while I am catching up on blogs and a couple of forums, but definitely not while actually making anything. Too much risk of crumbs and mess!!
Always have a drink of somekind. Usually I don't eat but if I'm at a class or something and food is there, so am I! I'm a kind of out of site out of mind eater.
Here's my response: My nickname is Ms. Klutz . . . .

I usually have a bottle of water when I stamp. I don't like to have any open containers on my stamp table in case of spills. I do have a scrap bag holder from Creative Memories and it has a drink holder on it to hold my water bottle.
It attaches to my craft table and I have a nice place to put scraps and something to drink that is within easy reach.
I was wandering around the forums looking to see if there was anything old and interesting. Some of these comments cracked me up (even though I am sure people were seriously answering the poll). The one about having a "few cocktails" while stamping struck me as funny. Maybe my layers would line up more evenly if I had a few drinks while stamping! :}
Funny this thread should come up today. I was using some OMS in a bottle and set my soda glass next to it. Sure enough I dipped the stump in the pop without looking. Believe me nothing good is accomplished with a wet stump. I kept going for another 15 minutes or so and surprise--did it again. I now have a little side tray to keep the soda on. Slow learner but it did make me lol.
I'll sometimes have coffee, iced coffee, water, etc but not right next to my work area. No foods, except for the occasional wrapped chocolate. This year, I may try Halloween treat containers, so at least SOME of the candy will be hands off! DH and I are both chocoholics, so we usually don't keep any around.
Very rarely. I will just eat something on the other side of the room, then go sit at my craft table. I'm not much of a snacker when my hands are otherwise busy.
I do like to have a drink with me though. Usually a bottle of water, sometimes a cup of iced tea. I've been pretty lucky, nothing has spilled or anything - either on my computer or on my projects. Knock on wood!
Usually just water in a bottle in my bottle/cup holder that's attached to the side of desk and occassionally a hard candy or two to keep my blood sugar up! LOL!
Diet coke for me, or water. And it sits in my cup holder attached to the side of my desk too. I usually snack when surfing the net or watching tv, but not when stamping. Never thought about it before.
