projects featured in the Nov.'05 Winter Wonderland DDD Gallery.
When I first saw these tiny albums, I fell in love with them, but at $3.99 each, I just could NOT bring myself to buy one. So, I studied it very thoroughly . . . and developed my own pattern to make as many as I wanted . . . cheap!
A gentle reminder . . . please note that my designs, diagrams & instructions are copyright protected. I enjoy sharing this document with stampers for their "personal" use, however, to submit my written instructions and diagrams for publication is a direct violation of copyright law and I genuinely appreciate that being honored.
Enjoy--they are delightful little things! Finished albums measure about 2 1/2 x 2 3/4" and fit right in your pocket, make great ornaments, can be used to include journalling and more photos for scrapbook layouts, and even look cool when secured to the front of a card. And, what if you turned it into a necklace as a treasured gift for Grandma? It's a little brag book she can wear as art AND show off the grandkiddies!

Hello! I really feel like a DOOFUS  but I cannot seem to find your directions. (Your website is absolutely beautful! I cannot believe that you are 41...you look like a kid yourself, Julie!) Anyway, I tried and tried but no luck. :( Where are the directions for your mini books? Can you help me? TIA

Julie you are the Queen!!! Thanks so much for the great instructions, I have also looked at these little books and thought they were so cute, but thought the price was a bit steep for such a little thing!
These will be great for extra little gifts this Christmas! Your work is so awesome, everything you do is just my style!
Wait.....That's a joke, right? How old are you really, Julie? I know you're not 41. 'Fess up! I'm not kidding. I NEED to know.
Renee
I never lie about my age, Reneé! Perhaps about other things , but never my age! LOLLOLLOLLOL!
I was blessed to inherit my filipino mother's lovely skin and have always heeded her advice about not exposing myself to lots of sun. Dunno; maybe I just got lucky?

ok, in your avatar you look 20-24, on your website (where the pictures are larger) you look 30 maybe...
You lucky b*&^%!! (just kidding) it's awsome that you look so great - goes well with your personality!!
Has anyone posted a picture of a completed IttyBitty Album? I would love to see one finishes. By the looks of Julie's instructions they look awesome and she made it look very easy!!

Many, many thanks to the eternally youthful Julie! I also bought one of these to take apart and try to recreate, but your directions are so good, I won't have to unassemble mine. I'll just save it as a reminder not to spend $$$ on something when the awesome people here always figure out how to make it!!

The DD Gallery is a token of our gratitude for Fan Club members. JulieHRR shared her awesome minibooks in this month's "Winter Wonderland" themed gallery.
YOU DO ROCK JULIE!! AWESOME directions!!! THANK YOU so much for sharing with all of us!!
I think they will be perfect for my DD to make for gifts for her friends. They will work for all those little exchange wallet size school pictures they give to each other.
I'm off to give it a try!
Hugs!
Gilly
PS you don't look a day over 25!

I'm also getting a blank page. The bottom says "DONE" but after waiting and waiting nothing else happens. Does anyone have a suggestion of what else to do to see the fabulous instructions?
Thank you!
I too always get a blank page with the word Done when I try to open any attachment on this site. What I do is right click on the attachment and select 'Save Target As'. This saves a copy on my PC and lets me open it from there.
WOW Julie!!! NOW I know what I got as a swap back in Sept!!! The little book out of SU! paper is your exact pattern!! I just went and got it(forgot i had it!!) and I opened it out and thats it!!! Yay!! Thaks for the pattern too!
The book I have is very plain, Turq with batik, very simple. But I guess now I have to try some out, and try to get them to the caliber of yours, and the Olive/Moss one by Jenn!!!!
